Wow I am so impressed! This mobile service saved me so much time and inconvenience. Other shops told me it would take 1 full day minimum without a car, and even up to one week. Arnaldo fixed the scratch on my car within an hour! And I didn't have to leave my house. He's professional, fast, and reliable. I went to check on my car and couldn't even see where it got keyed. Not the scope of body paint repair i was looking for. I wanted my entire truck exterior bed repainted (not spot painted) There is some overspray on existing paint and pain runs. These area should have been masked better. He could have done a better job. There was some miscommunication with Arnold. He did gave me a partial refund as I requested. However I will need to get it re-paint at a body shop or wet sand and wrap it myself.

Reached to a couple of body shops last week and Arnold immediately responded with the best quote. I scheduled the appointment and was pleasantly surprised that he offers a mobile service. Only thing that he will need is the car in a shaded area so keep that in mind prior to scheduling your appointment. Initially he quoted $425 for damage then upon arriving he stated the repair would require welding on my bumper so it was an additional $60 so $485 out the door. The other quotes I received were between $700-$1000+ and that would be full bumper repair. He was transparent that he wouldn't be able to fully repair the inside of the bumper however I was satisfied with the results considering the reasonable price. My main concern was the way it looked on the exterior so i was satisfied with the results and I would recommend Arnold!

I bumped a car in the parking lot and had to fix the client's car. I couldn't afford what the big collision shops were asking for but I found Arnaldo here. He was AMAZING. Arnaldo fixed the damages up so nicely that the client ended up using his services for her daughter's car. Best of all, he's mobile so he comes to you and I didn't inconvenience the client. I had a disappointing experience with Arnold. He misquoted me and then let his emotions get in the way of doing a decent job. The repair looked rushed and incomplete he actually made my car worse. After I left a one star review, he said he'd consider fixing it if I took the review down. He came back to buff the car but then decided not to continue and refunded me $285 out of the $600 I paid. Because he at least refunded part of the cost, I'm giving two stars. But he should've just left my car alone. I learned my pricey lesson now I'm paying someone else to fix what Arnold did. The new shop showed me all the imperfections and explained how poorly the work was done. He basically just oversprayed on top of my car's protective film instead of removing it like a professional auto body shop would. The color looked botched, and the texture was gritty and uneven nowhere near the smooth finish it had before. My car is new, so this kind of work really stood out. If it were an older beater car, maybe I wouldn't have cared as much, but with a new vehicle, you have to pay for real professionals who know what they're doing. He also doesn't offer any warranty, so I wouldn't risk it. I'm being honest because what he did wasn't right I paid for a service and was mistreated. I just wouldn't want someone else to go through the same experience. Talk to the guys at DJ's Paintless Dent Removal in Paramount they'll take care of you. read more

I contacted Prestige Auto and spoke with Arnaldo. I informed Arnaldo that I had several scratches to the front and rear bumpers of my truck. He was very attentive and he quickly gave me an estimate once he received the photos of the damage. His quote was very reasonable, as I also received a quote almost double from a separate business. Great! Quick response by Arnaldo once I sent in my request for rim repair. Sent it in Friday night, got response by Saturday and he came out by Sunday. Did three rims, one entire rim, in one hour and it's as if the damage never happened. Excellent job and affordable. I'm took pictures once the rims were fixed. Told me to send pictures of the damage and they provided an estimate of $695 -$795. Took my car to two AutoBody shops and the lowest was $1,395.00 bumper buddies came in at $600.00 Less which was within my budget. Made an appointment for two days later and the technician was an hour and 1/2 early but offered to come later. Since my vehicle was at work I told him No Problem. Manny my techician was very nice and Friendly. Took around 2 hours -2 1/2 Hours to do the work. It looks very good to me. There was one imperfection that really wasn't their fault, a panel came out and like a dumbbell I jammed it back in but a tab was sticking out so the panel was ever so slightly gapped. This warped the side panel It's not really noticeable. I don't blame bumper buddies for this. If you look at my bumper it's almost perfect. Final summation: I'm happy with the job that Bumper Buddies did and my Bumper Looks as good as new and side look as good as it can be without a complete replacement. I would use Bumper Buddies Again

Disappointed with the repair. I'm aware it will not be fully restored to it's original state but he left the repair in such a messy condition. Oversprayed and color doesnt match after being told it is the original paint, you can still see the initial dent shape and now a larger portion of the vehicle is colored with a random shade than the original. He insisted he would come back to do a touch up and clean up the overspray once it dries after a day but never did, i asked multiple times if he could just clean it up on the spot so he wouldn't need to make another trip. Although its a messy repair I wouldve been content if he could've at least cleaned up the paint on the rubber since it could come right off with the proper tools he had but still strongly insisted he will just come back to fix it. The repair was in January and I've texted about 4-5 times spaced out up until now and no response at all. Unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend. Whole demeanor changed after receiving the payment already. read more
