Someone hit my door, while I was shopping. I called AAA and let them know as soon as I arrived home. They told me that my Comp and Collision would cost $500, in order to replace and repaint the panel. A friend recommended Paintless Dent Repair. I called about 10 paintless dent repair shops in the area. GDL was the first to respond. Not only did they beat the competition by $50+, they came to my house. Ricardo was done in about 45 minutes. It was easily $200 well-spent!

OMG. Ricardo took about 3 to 4 hours; which means he is extremely meticulous. His equipment is high-tech with batteries, suction cups, clamps, lasers, and other techy stuff. He worked on two cars that had 3 to 4 dents where some were elongated on a lifted part of the quarter panel. Both cars reflection of light, yes seamless, and I still cannot believe how perfect this looks! Yes, stop looking for better prices. I already did that for you! read more

Ricardo came to my house on time with an honest quote on two separate dents. He told me his capabilities with the first dent that had been improperly repaired by the dealer and exceeded my expectations. It's only visible if you stare at it for a couple minutes knowing there had been a dent in that exact spot. The second dent is no longer visible. The repair took no longer than an hour and a half. I texted GDL on a Saturday and Ricardo texted me back right away. After a few text exchanges and photos of the dent, he said he could come out on Tuesday. He gave me a quote and he takes PayPal and Venmo which is fantastic. Even though it was terribly windy on Tuesday, he was able to do the repair in my garage. He arrived at 10:17 am and was done by 11:19 am! Look at the pictures...beautiful job! It is as if the dent never happened. Great communication, extremely professional, and an A+ job. On Thursday, August 16th I spoke with Ricardo. My 2013 Acura TL had 1 major door ding with paint transfer on the driver side of the car and 2 small dings on the passenger side. After a short conversation I sent a few text photos and a video of the dings to Ricardo at which point he provided an estimate. We scheduled an appointment for the the next morning at 8AM. He was early, had a positive attitude and had all the tools one would need to do this work. By 8:45 all the work was complete and the dings were gone, looked like they never existed. Seriously! I was a bit skeptical of paintless dent removal but not any longer. Ricardo is a professional at dent removal but just as important, he is a good communicator and made sure I felt comfortable with the work and pricing. Job well done Sir!! read more

I should have taken a before picture, but Ricardo did an AMAZING job. Five other dent repair experts told me that my dent was not repairable. I was told that I would have to take this kind of major dent to the body shop - which would have cost 5 times more, at least. But Ricardo was so patient, and worked at it until he made it perfect. GDL Paintless Dent Repair really came through for me, and I would recommend their services to anyone that needed fast, reliable, flawless dent removal. Late Friday afternoon I picked up a 2019 Ford F250 pickup truck with 26 miles on the odometer. On the way home, a truck in front of me ran over part of a retread tire and sent it flying into my hood. The damage was considerable... I was looking at a $2500 repair, or taking the chance of turning it into my insurance company and having my rates raised. I contacted GDL and was able to setup an appointment for first thing in the morning after the weekend. I was stressed the entire weekend thinking that there was no way the dent was going to be fixed, and definitely not to it's original state. Boy was I wrong. Roberto showed up at my home right on time, and repaired the dented hood to its original state while I was able to head off to work. Not only was I able to get the truck fixed at a fraction of the price and not miss a minute of work, but Roberto even met me back at my house for payment and fixed a couple of dents in one of my older trucks for free! I'd say GDL Paintless Dent Repair went above and beyond to take care of me, and that's just something you don't find too often anymore. Ricardo is the best in the business. The damage to my 2019 golf R unfortunately occurred after an angry driver got out and kicked a good-sized dent in my rear passenger door. I thought there was no chance of getting my car back to its previous state without needing significant body work/paint, and of course $$$. I had seen his previous work here on Yelp and my body shop also just so happened to recommend him. I'am old and dented the front fender of my 1940 Ford that I have owned since 1965. It made me sick and after Ricardo finished with the fender I had my baby back. I don't have a smart phone so no before and after picture but look on Ricardo's web page. He had never worked on a car with this thick of metal and he did a great job so look for my baby's pictures. What a wonderful job. Our cars were hit by a large pinecone and it wasn't pretty. Both of our vehicles needed repairs. Ricardo showed up at 8am and by 3 or 4 pm, our cars looked great. I can't believe the magic he worked. I thought we would have to go to an autobody repair shop, nope. We are so happy. We had a mysterious dent and crease on the front fender - possibly from bicycle handlebars. Ricardo responded promptly to my text request, was at our home a couple of hours later, and had made the dent and crease disappear completely a couple of hours after that. Best Customer service! Ricardo Showed up on time. Couldn't even tell the car ever had a dent after repair was completed, he also took care of another dent in the back of the car that I didn't notice at no extra cost. I will only use GLD moving forward for any small dings that can be repaired at home. read more
