Someone hit my door, while I was shopping. I called AAA and let them know as soon as I arrived home. OMG. Ricardo took about 3 to 4 hours; which means he is extremely meticulous. His equipment is high-tech with batteries, suction cups, clamps, lasers, and other techy stuff. He worked on two cars that had 3 to 4 dents where some were elongated on a lifted part of the quarter panel. Ricardo came to my house on time with an honest quote on two separate dents. He told me his capabilities with the first dent that had been improperly repaired by the dealer and exceeded my expectations. It's only visible if you stare at it for a couple minutes knowing there had been a dent in that exact spot. The second dent is no longer visible. The repair took no longer than an hour and a half. I texted GDL on a Saturday and Ricardo texted me back right away. After a few text exchanges and photos of the dent, he said he could come out on Tuesday. He gave me a quote and he takes PayPal and Venmo which is fantastic. Even though it was terribly windy on Tuesday, he was able to do the repair in my garage. He arrived at 10:17 am and was done by 11:19 am! Look at the pictures...beautiful job! It is as if the dent never happened. Great communication, extremely professional, and an A+ job. On Thursday, August 16th I spoke with Ricardo. My 2013 Acura TL had 1 major door ding with paint transfer on the driver side of the car and 2 small dings on the passenger side. After a short conversation I sent a few text photos and a video of the dings to Ricardo at which point he provided an estimate. We scheduled an appointment for the the next morning at 8AM. He was early, had a positive attitude and had all the tools one would need to do this work. By 8:45 all the work was complete and the dings were gone, looked like they never existed. Seriously! I was a bit skeptical of paintless dent removal but not any longer. Ricardo is a professional at dent removal but just as important, he is a good communicator and made sure I felt comfortable with the work and pricing. Job well done Sir!! read more

I should have taken a before picture, but Ricardo did an AMAZING job. Five other dent repair experts told me that my dent was not repairable. I was told that I would have to take this kind of major dent to the body shop - which would have cost 5 times more, at least. But Ricardo was so patient, and worked at it until he made it perfect. The dealership's dent guy was apprehensive about being able to get the dent entirely removed, and so we called Randy. He was super responsive, and when he gave me an estimate it was incredibly reasonable. The dent also happened on a double walled aluminum panel in a really tight area to access but it was no match for Randy. He ended up battling the dent for several hours longer than he originally estimated, but he was super communicative throughout the day and kept me updated. Also, he kept true to his estimate, even though he had to put extra time and effort into the repair and the dent is 100% gone!!! It's a miracle! Good as new! The car was in the shop for a while but it was not because of the bodyshop fault but rather of the other person insurance that had a delay times in sending the adjuster, communicating with the adjuster and sending the multiple payments cheques. He examined other parts of the car that we didn't asked to be evaluated. He said this was due to the store's own lifetime warranty coverage which is not normal policy for a majority of body shops. He also continuously tugged on the bumper and claimed it was jeopardized when it had NO prior issues. Wtf was he trying to do, break it? I'd sue this shop if something happened. For reference, the entire quote was for $2,500 and would take 6-7 business days. The other shop I ended up going to nearby was $500 (1/5 of the price) with expedited service including ordering the parts with the actual labor only taking 3 hours. They can claim that they're focused on quality, but this is very slow and incredibly overpriced compared to most body shops. Most mechanics in the Bay Area can do it for a fraction of the price where the cost of living is much higher and while providing better and faster service. After doing additional research, it's clear their assessment was completely off when talking to other shops. Either they're right or tons of other shops are wrong. Based on their ineptitude, they might be deluded enough to believe in the former. If you want to pay 5 times as much for the same job at ANY OTHER body shop while taking over three times as long, go here. Place is a joke compared to any competent shop. I'd be quoted less going to the dealership. Place is ran by bozos. After being DMed by Gene because he disabled replies and asked me to remove my review, it affirmed why this establishment is truly 1 star. If I can give this garbage place 0 or negative stars, I would. Avoid like the plague unless you're stupid or enjoy being ripped off.

GDL Paintless Dent Repair really came through for me, and I would recommend their services to anyone that needed fast, reliable, flawless dent removal. Late Friday afternoon I picked up a 2019 Ford F250 pickup truck with 26 miles on the odometer. On the way home, a truck in front of me ran over part of a retread tire and sent it flying into my hood. The damage was considerable... I was looking at a $2500 repair, or taking the chance of turning it into my insurance company and having my rates raised. I contacted GDL and was able to setup an appointment for first thing in the morning after the weekend. I was stressed the entire weekend thinking that there was no way the dent was going to be fixed, and definitely not to it's original state. Boy was I wrong. Roberto showed up at my home right on time, and repaired the dented hood to its original state while I was able to head off to work. Not only was I able to get the truck fixed at a fraction of the price and not miss a minute of work, but Roberto even met me back at my house for payment and fixed a couple of dents in one of my older trucks for free! Ricardo is the best in the business. The damage to my 2019 golf R unfortunately occurred after an angry driver got out and kicked a good-sized dent in my rear passenger door. I thought there was no chance of getting my car back to its previous state without needing significant body work/paint, and of course $$$. I had seen his previous work here on Yelp and my body shop also just so happened to recommend him. What a wonderful job. Our cars were hit by a large pinecone and it wasn't pretty. Both of our vehicles needed repairs. Ricardo showed up at 8am and by 3 or 4 pm, our cars looked great.
