Wow what a great body shop! 2016 VW jetta bumper cover repair, door jamb repair, and wheel refinish! Outstanding work, customer service, and overall exceptional experience! Had a one day service repair performed on the bumper cover previously and the paint looked nowhere near the quality of Simon's.... Developed a wind noise on the pass door and gave Simons a go to see if they could repair. I had an incredible experience here! I can't say enough good things about this place. Multiple different shops told me I needed a costly repair and quoted me at least $399 for my front bumper. But when I came here, they honestly told me it just needed to be 'snapped back in'--which they did for FREE in just 10 minutes. I needed a fuel door replaced on my old 2005 Toyota 4Runner. Christina was the only one on Yelp who got back to me with an actual quote without having to bring it in. Christina and her staff were very helpful in getting this done at a very reasonable price. They even let me bring in an after market part that I purchased online. They took extra care in making sure the paint match was perfect even though my car was 20 years old and showing signs of paint wear. This is prior to any work being done. So will update after it is completed. I have a brand new 2023 car that was unfortunately in an accident as of last Friday night. As you can imagine with any car is stressful but when you're dealing with a brand new car on top of it, it just adds and everything. From the moment I started speaking with Christina. She put my mind at ease not necessarily about the extent of the damage but just the process and the care that they take with each customer. She even said that I can send pictures for her to give me feedback before the car got to her. I just got my car back after a minor but unfortunate incident in a parking lot and my vehicle looks like it never happened. Geza was pleasant to deal with and helpful. The outside of the car looks great, the one minor complaint I have is that the whole interior is coated in a fine layer of dust. Not worth making a fuss about but a quick wipe down of the dash and navigation screen would have been the finishing touch. Chances are if you're here reading this, something crappy happened to your car and you're looking for a place to fix it. If you love and care for your car DO NOT bring it here. I got my car back after a month and it literally looked like they left every window open for that whole period of time. I wish i had taken more pictures but I couldn't bare to sit in my car any longer in the condition that I received it. My seats have weird markings on them as did my dash. my head liner is a light tan color and there's a huge nasty grease stain now. Also, the back where my trunk opens up is horribly stained . PLEASE DO YOURSELF A SERVICE AND TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU TAKE IT ANYWHERE TO BE FIXED. I'm also missing the cover to my rear seatbelt and my spare tire compartment is missing a couple tools. I drove there to show them everything that I'm talking about, the owner said he'd call me soon to "help me get the stains off" It's been about a week now and have not heard back. i tried giving them a chance to make things right and the owner pretty much took no accountability because i didn't have pictures... that's on me i guess. It may only be a subaru but i worked my ass off for this car and always kept her clean! The only reasons I'm even giving them one star is because they did a pretty decent job of replacing my whole backside and because i forgot almost $200 in cash and it was all there when i got my subie back Other than that, i feel my car was super neglected. read more

Gaeza is a nice guy and very good about returning phone calls. When I expressed my reluctance about his shop working on my 2018 Corvette Z06, his voice told me that I insulted him. He assured me that not only were they a body shop but also a mechanic shop and that they could fix whatever needed fixing. When I picked up my Corvette I was very happy with the body work but something didn't feel right with the steering. When I called to report this, Gaeza admitted that I should probably take it to a dealership. Today I was informed that "the rack and pinion were shot and that it was dangerous to drive". When I called to tell Gaeza what happened I asked the receptionist to transfer me to his voicemail. The receptionist replied with a teenage giggle "I don't know how to do that." For any other car I would recommend this place, but if you have a race/sports car then I would take it somewhere else. read more

I had my vehicle repaired by Simons and it's been a nightmare. They are one of the preferred body shop through my insurance. My car started smelling horrible where I wasn't able to drive my vehicle due to the smell. My car was repaired where there was a hole and the water was leaking through it. I had rust and water molding where it was causing the smell. When I had it inspected the job was done have ways. The repair wasn't done complete which caused leakage of water. I love my car and take really good care of it so one day I noticed that on my back right side I had scratches where it looked like somebody had maybe hit it with something, so you can imagine how upset I was about this. I called my son right away and he referred me to Geza who he had taken all of his vehicles to for years.
