Wendi was especially very communicative with us throughout the whole process. She went through my warranty multiple times. Even though you may think it takes longer then u would expect don't question their intention. They are wanting to do the job correctly. A worker came out and didn't take a look, all he said is yes we can fix it but it will have to be tomorrow. Mind you their hours are from 7:30-5:00. I asked twice if there was anyway they can fix it today and he said NO! If you are not gonna be servicing customers up until five, then you should change your hours of service.

For me, it was always what was open and available when we needed repairs on our car. I usually try to find someone open on weekends, the only time I'm off. But, we had a major repair that was needed and All Tech Auto Repair was referred to us. They are closed on weekends so at first, I wasn't willing to wait until a weekday.
