Brought my shuttle bus in for an alignment which my bus didn't really need but I been noticing at highway speeds it's been pulling slightly to the right and needed front brakes replaced as well they been squeaking from time to time NOTHING Ridiculous ... I take vary good care of my shuttle as it's my personal business vehicle... for starters they charge $95 just to inspect witch I think is a load of CACA!! (Les Schwab inspects for free witch I didn't discover till after I left here)..... I accepted the charge ... took 5 hours just to tell me that I supposedly needed my entire front suspension repaired and they didn't even do the alignment... to top it off Edward wanted to charge me $4000 for balljoints and shock replacement we didn't discuss any brands or nothing he just gave me a random price on random parts .... I never had problems with suspension my vehicle rides smooth it was just pulling to the right a little at highway speeds .. also u don't need to remove an axle to replace rear duly Brake pads he tried using that as an excuse to up-charge me.. when I got the bill he added a bunch of random estimates to add it to $4000 things I didn't go in for ... I am a woman but I know a little more than he was hopping for... ladies be aware he will try to smooth talk his was into your pockets no thank you.. sir!!! These guys are great - honest, reasonably priced, friendly and quick! This is the only place I take my 2005 Honda Civic. With over 250K miles on it, they have kept it running for me. They replaced the clutch a few years ago (were one of the lowest quotes I received) and it still runs great. They just recently fixed the A/C - I was afraid it would be an expensive system replacement, but they diagnosed it as only a couple leaky hoses, which was very inexpensive. Car needed oil change, brakes, rotors, and the A/C wasn't working, Marcos was very professional and car was taken care of in timely manner

My car was squealing really badly, so I asked around to see if anyone knew of any good mechanics in my area. A grad student who works in my same lab, recommended US Autocare to me. She let me know that this would be a really great place to go for those who want good service at an affordable budget. Being a young woman, I often find that going to check out unfamiliar auto shops by myself can be a very challenging experience because some mechanics can be predatory and assume I won't know anything and talk down to me or raise the price of service to a ludicrous amount. This was not the case for this shop. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Marcos took my call and seemed very flexible and kind. In meeting him and another mechanic I do not recall the name of, I felt extremely safe, comfortable, and ended up building a fun rapport with these men. My car was very well taken care of despite it being a busy day, they took the time to answer any questions. I ended up having both my front rotors and brake pads replaced for about ~$480 for my 2018 Kia Soul. To put this into perspective, I was once quoted $800 to repair the same issue from Pepboys. This shop also has access to a system called Easy Pay where if you do not have the money ready up front (like I did not) you can set up a payment plan where you have 90 days to pay off your bill so you can split up costs per pay cycle. I really appreciated this payment option because it does not impact my credit score, and will loan you a certain amount depending on your monthly income. I will warn you though, it does have a really high APR % so if you know that you cannot pay off your service bill within 90 days, this may not be the payment plan for you. All in all, I think what really sets this shop apart is the incredible customer service from the mechanics, the transparent service, and fair/affordable cost. I've been recommending any one I know who is having issues with their cars to go visit this shop. It's right off the 91, so it's also really convenient to get to. Thanks US Autocare! Not only is she knowledgable in what you need for your vehicle, she talks with you in a way that puts you at ease. Being a single woman its hard to find a mechanic who doesn't try to rip you off. I found my new mechanics at US Autocare. I went in for a brake inspection(I was thinking it would cost $150-200). After inspecting both front and back brakes, the mechanic said only front rotors need to be grinded and turned. So for $30 per rotor, I was delighted.
