(No barbershop should screw this up) he buzzed to far up on my head on one side and instead of scissor cutting the top he used a comb and sheers like wtf. I asked for a hard part and he didn't use a razor he used clippers and the line was off and not even straight. When I brought up him using an actual razor (like real barbershops do) he scoffed at me like I'm an idiot. After actually using a razor he doesn't even use any alcohol which can cause an infection. I was so disgusted that I will never be back and I advise anyone to STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of barber shops around the area. This place needs to be shut down.

We let the guy know we will have lunch and come right back. We leave, come back about 40 minutes later and there is only 1 barber left in the whole place. Mind you it was about 1:30pm on a Monday. He stops cutting the guys hair he's working on in order to argue. I'm a bit annoyed, but my work day has already been screwed because my husband put me on this task that is really his job. This was the last day of Spring Break and I couldn't let my kid go back to school looking crazy. My son's time comes up and the dude keeps arguing with other barbers while cutting my kids hair. My kid shows him a picture of how he wanted his hair and this dude cut all of his hair off and left it just longer than a ceasar cut. My kid had a huge blow out and he just needed about an inch off to reshape it a bit...this dude took off at least 4 inches. With curly hair that's a lot. I was so annoyed, but what can I do. The hair was gone. My kid has to start his blowout over. I gave the guy a sizeable tip because a kids cut is only $13, but I handed him a 20 dollar bill and said "thank you for taking him," and we left. I didn't ask for any change back. I wanted no trouble from this guy who was clearly mad at the world (or at least his co-workers). I wasn't going to get into whether or not my kid should have a kids cut, as he's of the age of a kids cut or if he should be charged as an adult (because my son is super tall for his age) with someone who clearly isn't reasonable based on his arguing in front of customers. Thankfully my son was fine with it and called it a Spring cut. He's such a good kid and he makes the best of everything. I was definitely playing along like his cut was a fresh start. When I got home my husband (who again, made me take our kid to do his job) had the nerve to express how much he didn't like it. Unprofessional barber shop. These guys think they do a good job, but they do what they want. There is no customer service at all. They are all rude. A guy actually came up to be to tell me something, but asked if I spoke Spanish...and when I said no, he proceeded to tell the other patrons in Spanish whatever it was the customers needed to know. Also, who the hell closes up a barber shop in the middle of working hours so everyone can take lunch at the same time with no notice?
