We came to fade masters in late 2024 as a walk in Yosbea was happy to take my son in his chair. Now we have been coming to him for over a year and Yosbea always does an amazing job with my sons hair and remembers his hair cut that he likes to get he always makes sure to ask if he wants the same and does a fantastic job every time. We let the guy know we will have lunch and come right back. We leave, come back about 40 minutes later and there is only 1 barber left in the whole place. Mind you it was about 1:30pm on a Monday. So, the only guy left looks at me and I say, "did everyone go to lunch?' He says, "Yes, I was about to close up after this guy." I was like, "well I told the other guy we would be right back". He said, "Well what do you want?" I say, "he just needs a trim, fade and edge up". Barber says, "Ok I'll take him." We sit there waiting for about 45 minutes as other barbers come back in and the guy that said he'd cut my kid's hair is arguing with each of his co-workers complaining that he didn't get a lunch. He stops cutting the guys hair he's working on in order to argue. I'm a bit annoyed, but my work day has already been screwed because my husband put me on this task that is really his job. This was the last day of Spring Break and I couldn't let my kid go back to school looking crazy. My son's time comes up and the dude keeps arguing with other barbers while cutting my kids hair. My kid shows him a picture of how he wanted his hair and this dude cut all of his hair off and left it just longer than a ceasar cut. My kid had a huge blow out and he just needed about an inch off to reshape it a bit...this dude took off at least 4 inches. With curly hair that's a lot. I was so annoyed, but what can I do. The hair was gone. My kid has to start his blowout over. I gave the guy a sizeable tip because a kids cut is only $13, but I handed him a 20 dollar bill and said "thank you for taking him," and we left. I didn't ask for any change back. I wanted no trouble from this guy who was clearly mad at the world (or at least his co-workers). I wasn't going to get into whether or not my kid should have a kids cut, as he's of the age of a kids cut or if he should be charged as an adult (because my son is super tall for his age) with someone who clearly isn't reasonable based on his arguing in front of customers. Thankfully my son was fine with it and called it a Spring cut. He's such a good kid and he makes the best of everything. I was definitely playing along like his cut was a fresh start. When I got home my husband (who again, made me take our kid to do his job) had the nerve to express how much he didn't like it. Unprofessional barber shop. These guys think they do a good job, but they do what they want. There is no customer service at all. They are all rude. A guy actually came up to be to tell me something, but asked if I spoke Spanish...and when I said no, he proceeded to tell the other patrons in Spanish whatever it was the customers needed to know. Also, who the hell closes up a barber shop in the middle of working hours so everyone can take lunch at the same time with no notice?

So I don't give 5 stars as that suggests there is no room for improvement. That said, Copo's give…read morethe industry a leg up. I find that all barbers are friendly and well experienced. I have never been cut, never had a bad haircut, I have had no wait and had to wait, what I love is that appointments can he made inadvance which shortens your wait. Even as a walk in they are sensative to your waiting. The owner is a very deep thinker and the others are very professional and manage to interact with the customer's based on their needs. I have been to other locations nearby but always return. Most clientele are hispanic or black but the barbers can do it all. I strongly recommend this location for men just looking for a standard cut.

This was the second time I had wanted to visit this location. The first time I went there, I waited 15 minutes past the listed opening time - no one showed up. It also seems the owner is now discouraging any normal conversations about news, politics, or everyday topics. Now it's mostly awkward silence instead of the friendly, open environment it used to be. It's not just me -- several friends feel the same way and are considering going elsewhere because of these changes. I really hope management rethinks this and brings back the normal, welcoming barber shop vibe that made All Pro great for so long.
