If you think you know everything by just watching videos in how to do it yourself, there's more information that needs to be covered than just watching videos online. I took the 5 day course which included the brow lamination, eye lash extensions, and lash lift trainings and every instructor that I had were very helpful and supportive. Gain so much knowledge about this industry and it's not just the simple fact about just placing lashes it goes more into depth and Brenda did just that. She explained with experience, covering all kinds of different types of lashes and how they are made from different materials to creating your business. I was like "WOW" this was so much info & felt a little overwhelming BUT she would ask us frequently if we were understanding & if we didn't get one way she would explained it more throughly so we can understand it better. After those classes my knowledge towards the lash extensions expanded more. Everyone was very sweet & kind, just as the owner Diana who too was an instructor for one of the trainings, it's like they were all reflecting her on them. From start to finish everyone has been very patient with taking the time to go over my work which I thought it was really nice and helpful that they stand next to you and watch you practice on a model and give you technique suggestions for you to be the most efficient. So happy with the 3 day eyelash extension course I took there! I feel like a really learned a lot, and the instructors are so welcoming to questions and discussion. I'm also very happy with the kit included in the class and was pleasantly surprised that they give you a cute pink table/bed too if you take the 3 or 4 day course!! I also really appreciate that for the first 3 months after you take the course you can book appt times on Saturdays to bring friends/family etc in to practice eyelash extensions on and the instructors there will make themselves available should you have and questions and will look over your work!! So even though it's only a 3 or 4 day course they still want to make sure you're successful, which I love. They want to make sure you know what you're doing and feel supported. read more

I've loved my experience here. Everyone from the staff to the teacher Lolita are extremely helpful and supportive. I feel like my makeup skills have grown so much from when I first started. They are able to give you your own makeup kit and makeup in the classroom for your use. I really do feel like everyone here cares and wants to help you out along your path no matter what it is. I do know they offer other beauty services as well to teach besides makeup but I recommend it to anyone who want a more in depth and in person experience. The instructor Elizabeth took her time to go over the process and was sure to answer any questions we had. The instructors, Natalie and Cindy were extremely patient and knowledgeable as well as super friendly! They taught great theory, business skills, and helped each student individually during hands on practice. I've admired Diana's work for some time. Finally I took the leap and signed up for her Classic lass training back in June. I love her techniques. I use the tools she uses. She gave me a list of equipment supplies she recommends. I haven't had any trouble with those tools and equipment. It's been super easy to practice. I also took advantage all through July to do sets and retouches at her academy under her supervision. My clients really appreciated her making sure they were getting quality work. That allowed me to build trust with them along with referrals! I'm so blessed and happy to say that in two and half months of practice practice practices my lash studio is now open for business. I absolutely loved this class. I even wish it was longer cuz the staff was absolutely amazing...... I signed up with Diana the owner and she was just so friendly and fantastic. She also even remembered one of our conversations when I showed up the first day. Cindy was the instructor the first and third day and she is so knowledgeable and friendly and very patient at showing different techniques with fanning. Natalie was the instructor the second day and we got to have Diana as our model as well as giving us critique on our mannequin heads. I absolutely loved everything from theory to hands on. I am currently taking the makeup course. I absolutely love it. You really get that one on one with the teacher since the class size is small. The staff there is so welcoming and you can always use the makeup studio to go in and practice as much as you want. I have learned so much, the class is very detailed. Ask any questions and the teachers are there to guide you. You are there to learn so don't be shy or embarrassed when you mess up. Prestige beauty school definitely a school you would want to go!
