I hit a deer, and decided to take my car to Gerber to be fixed. I'm not even going to mention how…read moremuch longer they took to fix the car than previously estimated. My biggest peeve is that one part was late to arrive, so they let me take my car home. Months go by, no part. I call, they say they never ordered it. I say please order it, they say they do. Months go by again, no part. I call, they say they never ordered it. I say "this is the second time, please order it", and they say they do. Months go by, no part. I call again, they say it was never ordered, I say please order this part for the third time. They say they do. But by this time, my car starts having issues with the engine and transmission for some reason. 2024 vehicle, shouldn't have engine and transmission issues, Gerber probably messed something up. So I ended up trading it in. This place sucks.
