So they always make it seem like if you have any issues that you can always bring your vehicle back but the proves they lie and aren't trustworthy so i recommend that you take your vehicle else where. The communication was terrible from the beginning. You would think this is the first insurance claim they have ever filed or their technology is far lacking. Took 3-4 days just to get an estimate to insurance company for approval. I will compliment the fact they will stay till 6pm to look at your vehicle but thats the only compliment. Promise date for completion was Thursday, I had to call Thursday afternoon to check the status. Of course it pushed back to Friday. Then I had to call Friday to learn it had to be pushed back to Monday. Really? An alignment job puts you 2 days behind? No work on Saturday?? When I picked my vehicle up Monday I immediately noticed the windshield fluid light came on. I remember they said they had to replace the pump. I Didn't have any problem with pump or light when I was driving the vehicle damaged?!?! When I got home it took a gallon of fluid to fill the reservoir and it had no leaks. Why would they skimp out on the $.97 it took to fill my reservoir up? Light still comes on so I have to return to get it fixed. Maybe they forgot to connect the sensor when they replaced the pump? Rookie mistake!! I get 400 miles from home the next night and realize the factory fog lamps that worked just fine when the vehicle was damaged are now not working!! Why is my vehicle in worse mechanical condition then before Prestige worked on it?!?!? They test drove the alignment for 2 days... How did u not notice the washer fluid indicator beeping at you and not test the fog lights?? Shotty service!! The cosmetic repair looks good. Did notice a small crack in the spoiler insert. This is a new part they put on so I guess they can put a new on in when they go to fix the fog lamps and washer fluid sensor. Who pays for my rental car while they rework issues are being fixed?? Would recommend you find someone better rated to take care of your needs.... I certainly will!!

They pushed that date back repeatedly. Saying they needed more and more time. So I finally get my car back after so long, I drove about 2 miles and I had a piece above my windshield fly off. Infuriated I called them and they looked on the side on the road for it. So I had to leave my car with them AGAIN. So now that time has passed it turned out they did a terrible bondo job. It's cracked and letting water in. It looks like absolute shit. I would never take anything to these people they are terrible.
