Collision Center worked with my company and convinced them on what really needed to be done based on the extent of the damage and their experience and expertise in making these repairs. Collision Center are real experts and saved me from having 2nd class repairs on my new car. Unfortunately, my front bumper was damaged again by someone backing into my car and puncturing my bumper right near the sensors. My insurance gave me an estimate to take to their shop. Collision Center gave me an estimate. I shared both estimates with the insurance company and Collision Center. That's when the show started! LOL! After about a week of negotiating, my insurance company agreed with the Collision Center experts on the actual extent of the damage and needed repairs! THESE GUYS ARE SIMPLY EXPERTS AND ARE OBVIOUSLY VERY PROFESSIONAL! While there are a few other repair shops that can probably do just as good a job as Collision Center, I believe there are none that can do what they do so professionally and friendly! Regardless of who you speak with there, you will enjoy the experience - like you doing business with a true friend. They are a genuine pleasure to work with. While I don't expect to have my car damaged again soon, if it does, the upside is that I know where to go to have it repaired the right way effectively and efficiently! They are clearly 2nd to NONE!

He said that my A/c unit was contaminated with the wrong freon. I did nothing to the car and just bought it 6 months ago, not sure if it really was contaminated. He never even checked to see if the A/C UNIT was fully charged with freon. He said the compressor and evaporator all had to be changed and the total would be $5500. He said that my "$180 diagnosis fee was paying for this expensive A/C machine that he just bought". I took my car to an Auto A/c repair shop the next day who did not charge me a dime to diagnose the problem and it literally just needed 17 OZ. of 1234yf freon and the shop charged my system with the freon in 30 minutes and the car ran totally fine. STAY AWAY FROM A1 QUALITY CAR CARE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Their diagnosis was wrong and took my $190 for nothing!

They did offer to drop me off at my house (@ no cost) but getting a rental was so convenient that I ended up taking that route.
