I found out the shop prioritizes these jobs and pays a lot of attention to detail. But boy oh boy, good luck to you if you come here paying out-of-pocket for your own vehicle. I had three broken car door handles. I stopped by the shop, they took a look, and said they would order and have the handles in within 1 to 2 days. They got those handles, but it took them three weeks before they could even see me to work on my car. It took two weeks before I could get a hold of the girl I originally spoke to, I kept calling over and over throughout the week and they told me she would call me back and she never did. When I finally did come in, damn. They only fixed two of the three door handles because they said they had the wrong piece for the third. They knew I had been waiting a long time so they said they would prioritize it and get me in right away. Not to mention there were marks all over the car doors that they fixed. And these marks did not come off easy. I took my car through a machine wash and also took a squeegee with some soap and it did not come off. When I called about it they told me they have to use a special tool for that. I guess they rushed because I was not an insurance accident vehicle. Additionally, I could no longer unlock my car from the passenger door, which was not a previous issue. I called back all the next week to try and make an appointment to come in and got the same delays as before. It took an additional 2 to 3 weeks before I could be seen. Absolutely ridiculous

I met Ed almost 10 years ago when I had an issue with the mirror on the driver side of the car. Ed evaluated it and I thought, gave me a fair price. He didn't need to keep my car for more than necessary. When he returned my car, it looked as good as from the factory. A few weeks ago my car was infolved in an accident. I went to Ed after I got an estimate, and his bid was substantially less than the first quote. The insurannce that handled the accident report agreed to the quote, and they began repair. When I got my car back, there was an incident that was done by the auto body person. Ed didn't dispute the problem, but he did the repair without any argument. They go above and beyond every time, are thorough with their work, will fight the insurance companies if need be, and ultimately deliver a finished product that I believe is better than the big car shops that like to position themselves as the best. Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but in the likelihood that I do, as long as I'm within 40-50 miles of JADI, the cars will always go here. The business owner claims in response to my review, that he "replaced the bumper", shame on him…read more The bumper was not replaced, and it wasn't the agreement anyway. They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. The rest of his comments are also not true and extremely arrogant. That only shows his character.
