I just had my Lexus 350 repaired at Gonz. Not only did they do a "bang up job", no pun intended, but they completed the work ahead of schedule. They cleaned the car including the wheels as well as the headlight lenses. Gonz is the very best! Took our Honda Odyssey for repair. The work was done with Honda parts and outstanding workmanship. Finished the job in a matter of days (not weeks as with other experiences we've had with body shops). Our Honda is literally as good as new. Bottom line: they told us the truth and the workmanship was exceptional. The cost was reasonable and exactly in line with the insurance adjuster's estimate. Does not return calls when you call Ruby she always says that who you want to talk to is out to lunch and says she will have them get back with me. Two days later they call you back. The paint has dirt particles in it you have to return the vehicle so that it can be redone. I believe they paint the cars outside in the dust, wind & rain read more

Let me start by saying that i went to this collision shop because of the raving reviews I saw on Google and because they were open on Saturday. I came here also after having experienced a terrible situation with Wallace Body Shop- please see the review for this shop on Google for more details. Gonzo came off as a well-established and together small business owner BUT it appears that I was extremely mislead thinking this. My truck was there for a complete paint job and it's now week 5 and my truck is still not repainted and looks like it did when I dropped it off. The workers have no information on anything and just say that they are waiting on Gonzo to tell them what to do while Gonzo is nowhere to be found and I have left 3 messages and he has not returned 1 phone call!! It's been one excuse after another! He claims the sprayer was down but if that was the case he should have called in a professional and had it repaired instead of playing handyman himself and further delaying the painting of my vehicle and others. Stay far, far, far away from this unorganized and unprofessional place and don't go near Wallace Paint and Body either! This whole situation has caused me GREAT heartache and trauma! read more

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT QUALITY REPAIRS IN A TIMELY FASHION!!! Should be a screw or bolt and it was a zip tie in the photo they should have replaced the whole light and didn't. They really should have replaced both of the headlights not use zip ties and glue instead of the bolts! Our passenger side headlight literally fell out while we were driving down the road, on to the ground!! April 20th 2017 took these pictures when we were replacing the headlight in addition still have not been able to use our windshield washers! I had to suggest to them to put the little things that come outside of the hood they were going to leave it empty holes and I noticed the empty holes and told him that was for the nipples for the windshield. In addition, the reservoir that holds the washer fluid was cracked in the accident as well gonzs did a horrible job fixing this truck!! The length of time that we didn't have the truck was over a month! I had to go online for 2 minutes and find the bumper, because they said "they couldn't find one, that is what's taking so long". Mike kept telling us one more week. After we finally got the truck back we had to bring it back for bumper install and gave them the list of overlooked repairs. The countless problems including them loosing the check we gave to them from our insurance company was so stressful! DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT QUALITY REPAIRS IN A TIMELY FASHION!!! Horrible experience we are still reminded of 2years later!!!! read more

I had my first experience with auto collision work, thanks to an inattentive driver who tapped the driver side of my 2015 Mustang GT driving down Lake Worth Rd. After I got over my initial reaction of disbelief and anger (technically my first accident) I found Gonz Auto collision through a friend's recommendation. I was very concerned that I'd never look at my car the same since I thought I'd be able to tell I was in an accident. Overall, I am very happy with the work they did.
