While my new washer and dryer *technically* fit in my…read morelaundry closet, the way the dryer vent came out of the back took up too much space, and kept me from being able to shut the closet door. Vik and his team were great. After an initial FaceTime consult, his team came out and were able to change the dryer duct to the side vent, which the allowed us to push the washer and dryer all the way back in the closet. They were knowledgeable and polite, and addressed all my questions and concerns. The dryer has worked perfectly ever since. The only surprise was an additional $160 fee for tight spaces (which wasn't included in the original quote). So heads up if this applies to you.
