Have been using this dry cleaner for a while now and each time I go in to pick up my dry cleaning they seem to always have a hard time finding my items and some items are not ready on the day they were recorded for pickup. Additionally I am usually waiting in the front for quite some time before someone comes out to provide assistance. It seems they are not very well organized. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but not sure it's worth it at this point. read more

I'd give this cleaner 10 stars if I could. We have used them for regular dry cleaning and have always been happy. Then recently we needed a very tricky repair to a cushion on our much loved cozy couch. The gentleman who helped me was so dedicated to figuring out the best fix and saved the couch, saving us thousands. They are the best! Love being able to use the drive thru too. read more

Prestige Cleaners is the BEST spot to get your suit tailored & cleaned! I was in a hurry for a wedding, and they were able to have my suit ready within 2 days! EXTREMELY affordable prices compared to competition & very friendly! I didn't realize they closed at 5pm on Saturday's, i called in panicking, and the owner stayed for AN EXTRA HOUR just to make sure i got my suit in time for the wedding! Came here for the first time to have a long sleeve shirt made into a short sleeve. The owner took a couple measurements, my arm length and underarm as well. It's a busy place so it took a few days for them to get it done which was fine with me. The color of the shirt is a burnt red and she matched the thread PERFECTLY as is the length! Very friendly owners at VERY reasonable prices, $10 to have that done, amazing! They will get our business again! read more

I did a lot of research trying to find a reasonable place to have my wedding dress cleaned and preserved -- This place was it! Unlike cleaners in the area who try to gouge you with $200-$300 cleaning and boxing fees, Prestige did my large ballgown for $125: cleaned and put into a pretty, acid-free box. It even has a window to view the dress and veil through, as well as an exterior box for double reinforcement. I understand that sheath / smaller gowns cost even less. The woman was super friendly and had a great attitude. I had (3) pairs of pants hemmed here, as well, and happy with all the work. If you're looking for somewhere to dry clean wedding dress, preserve wedding dress or box wedding dress, I highly recommend Prestige. read more

Dropped off one pant and shirt at 7 am. Asked when I want them back to which I responded next morning. Despite advertised same day service, 24 hour service request was answered with a "no, tomorrow afternoon". Why ask if you are going to tell me when anyway? When picked up 2 days later and attempted to pay was told " no credit cards under 10 dollars...". Ok, I understand but wish I knew that when I dropped it off. They made a " one time exception." Pants were poorly ironed with extra creases on the side. Also 2x the cost of CD one price who has it ready same day after 5 pm. Sad because I like the drive through.... read more

I started bringing our cleaning here when we first moved to the area 10 years ago because it had a drive-thru and I had an infant. Fortunately, we found the service and cleaning to be top-notch and impeccable. My husband raves about how well they clean and press his shirts, and I'm very happy with their cleaning and alterations. Now that we live on the east side of St. Charles, I tried another dry cleaners closer to home, but my husband begged me to return to Prestige Cleaners because no one else compares!
