Best price around for tailoring needs, quick turnaround time and great folks to support. I'll be back even though it's a distance from my home. 5 stars!!! read more

This is the BEST cleaner & tailor I've ever been to. I rave about this place to EVERYONE I know. They tailored my prom dress back in 2019 and she did such a wonderful job that I'll never trust another person to tailor anything for me unless it's her. The price is low for the wonderful work they do. I brought in a jacket and the sleeves were totally floods on me. I looked ridiculous. They immediately told me they could help, she added on about 5inches and it was flawless. Nobody could tell I had it altered. I will continue to be a loyal customer here and I highly recommend using them for any and all of your tailoring and cleaning needs! read more

Everything about this place is great. Kind, clean and quick service. HIGHLY recommend for anyone in Schaumburg area. Great job for the dresses they cleaned. Service was fantastic and they got done with my clothes earlier than expected. The value for the serve is there as well. Please stop by to support this family business. read more

Needed a vest taken in. They did it for $25. I was told to give them a week to get it done but it was ready in a day or so! The alteration was done correctly. I'm very happy! read more

Price very reasonable and if after looking at the rip, still believes it is repairable... job is theirs!

Extremely responsive and careful with my item. Fair and honest about repairs. Great with communication as well.

I love this shop. I was having a hard time finding a tailor to hem my jeans. I was looking for highly rated tailors in my area and could not find them. This one popped up on yelp, they're outside my area, but I thought I'd give them a try. It was magical when I walked in. It is exactly what you'd expect from serious tailors. I was immediately and pleasantly assisted. I was told when the pants would be ready and on the promised day I got a text telling me they were ready for pick up. I felt the price was right on target. This is my go to from now on. read more

Bae cleaners is fantastic! My husband and I have gotten several items tailored and dry cleaned over the past few years. Great customer service, and extremely accommodating! They always go above and beyond to make sure I get my clothes and jackets in time. read more

Quick on time service!!! Got some stains out that I thought would be forever part of the shirt lol My new place!!!

In looking for a cleaner for my leather jacket, they came in with the most competitive price using a flat rate. I have used them in the past and they do a good job and focus on customer service and satisfaction. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible. The son will give you one price, then the Mom will come and give you another price. Even after trying to correct the mom, she doubles down, as if ther isn't 4 cleaners / tailors within a couple blocks. High prices and even worst service.. STAY AWAY!!!! TRASH read more

We flew into Chicago at 1:30am today for a wedding. We were awoken at 8:30am with our wedding dresses and my daughter's was too small on the top. I didn't know what to do. It wasn't our wedding so we didn't want to ruin theirs. We were staying at the renaissance Schaumburg and googles this tailor. The wedding was in 3 hours and they got it fixed with a pink ribbon ties on the back. No one even noticed! They were so accommodating and saved our cousins flower girl! Highly recommend read more

Excellent service and value! I have come to Bae Cleaners twice, once to use their shoe repair service, and another to request alterations on some garments. Both times, their work was clean and precise and gave me confidence in its durability. Additionally, they are prompt to respond to inquiries. read more

BAE is the best - so many positive experiences over the years! I haven't been to BAE for a few years due to the pandemic coupled with my residence being in the Chicago city limits. Recently I had some shirts custom made and needed some new pants altered for an upcoming conference. I explained my situation to the woman at the front counter (that if possible I would like by mid-week and would also like the shorts folded and boxed) and she in turn asked BAE if this was possible. Of course, BAE is so service oriented that she immediately took needed measurements and cheerfully exceeded my timeline! read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to leave one this time because the young guy at the shop was very helpful. My husband had a meeting for which he had to fly out of Chicago and his suits were at the shop for dry cleaning. Due to some circumstances we couldn't pick them up on Friday or Saturday and his flight was on Sunday. I left a message on Sunday morning on the google chat and got a reply within an hour saying when can you come for the clothes.....and remember their shop is closed on Sunday. The guy was already there waiting for me. Such good customer service, he was so understanding and kind. They value their old customers and know how to go above and beyond the normal customer service. Thank you Bae dry cleaners. read more

I wasn't planning on leaving a bad review because mistakes happen but this place has no business ethics whatsoever. In October 2022 I got my bridesmaid dress altered here- the lady successfully convinced me to get breast pads inserted for an extra $20. Two weeks later I retrieved the dress and it was completely butchered with lopsided breast pads and exposed outside stitching?? It was DAYS before the wedding and ofc I was crying and freaking out. Went back the next day (I live in the city so it was not an easy trek) and the lady apologized profusely and agreed to fix it immediately, taking the breast pads out and credit $50 to my account. Today I went to redeem the credit and the lady denied that incident ever happened and refused to honor the credit applied to my account. Technically they owe me $70 as they took out the $20 breast pads. Bottom line: beware of getting alterations on expensive items here and do NOT trust verbal credit arrangements. I have been coming to BAE Cleaners since they opened. It is a nice family run business, always with a smile on their faces. I find their prices reasonable, and the quality to be top notch. If I mentions stains, they are usually able to remove them. read more

Probably the best cleaners experience I've ever had. Staff is super friendly and there are text reminders to pick up and drop off. My previous cleaners experiences are usually unpleasant and take a long time to get something tailored but I got a bridesmaid dress tailored in 3 days. It was so awesome and they did a great job! Decent prices.. I highly recommend this place! read more

Finally had a chance to try out Bae Cleaners and I am very impressed! Atmosphere: The reception area was bright and welcoming. I did not get a chance to see their sowing stations, but the counters were clean. Service: They offer standard cleaning services with a great helping of an accomodating staff. They are family owned and the Mom, Anny, was very cheerful. Service done: I had my Cole Han leather jacket reconditioned. Overall: Although they technically didn't work on my jacket per se, they send out their leathers to a specialty store, I was still very impressed. They were very open about their dry cleaning practices and very helpful regarding my questions. Bae Cleaners is now my go-to not just for their excellent service, but for how the Bae family treated me, like family! Tip: Ask for Michael or Richard. They're so helpful and understanding! read more

Bae Cleaners & Tailors - Thanks to Bae Cleaners, my jacket is looking good as new! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Schaumburg, Illinois

I went to Bae Cleaners and Tailors for the first time in August 2022. I needed to get a bridesmaid's dress altered for my friend's wedding. They helped measure out my dress adjustment. Everyone was very helpful, sweet and professional. The prices seemed very comparable to other places I had been to in the past. Bae Cleaners texted me when my dress was ready to be picked up. When I tried it on, it fit perfectly! They made sure that I was happy with the alterations made. I loved the fact that they texted me when my dress was ready to be picked up! They also have a rewards program. Thank you Bae Cleaners and Tailoring for making me feel beautiful in my bridesmaid's dress! read more

I just can't say enough good things about Anny and the rest of the team at BAE cleaners. Time after time, I have brought them a garment for alteration at the last minute and they have ALWAYS come through. This week, my son informed me five days in advance that he would need a suit for prom and Anny worked a miracle for us. read more

Horrible ! Dropped off a piece of upholstery for them to clean, a week later they called us that it is ready and it was in the exact same condition as it was when we dropped it off, completely stained ! They not only didn't even offer a refund but didn't apologize either. Worst dry cleaners experience ever ! read more

Bae cleaners and tailors are amazing. I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding, which was August 10th. I waited until the last minute to get my dressed altered and Bae was a lifesaver. I took my dress to them on August 1st and was able to get my dress back August 8th. They gave me a very reasonable price and my dress fit perfectly. I was so nervous at first, but I'm so glad I tried them out and will definitely continue to support them. Thanks bae!!!! read more

I have used this cleaner for a variety of services on a regular basis the last year and a half. New management has brought on improvements to technology (notifications when your cleaning is done) and a great rewards program for frequent customers. Prices are reasonable, service is prompt and friendly, and when I am rushed, they have the ability to nudge the schedule for a special request. Moreover, the couple of rare times something hasn't been 100%(because no business is perfect) they've made it right. Great character people making consistent improvements to a business that cleans my fabrics right every time - they will continue to get all of my business! read more

I stumbled into this place randomly and was pleasantly surprised at how well everything turned out. Prices are what you expect (just ran through some basic articles of clothing so nothing out of the norm) but the tailoring they did for my dress shirts was fantastic! I had quite a few shirts that were too loose around the waist and billowed out too much, had them taken in and now they fit almost like they were bespoke to begin with! Service and turnaround was quick, I will definitely be a return customer. read more

We have been going here for years. They know my name when i walk in and usually have my cleaning ready before the assigned day.

I had gone to Bae Cleaners for some summer dress alterations in the past and she (Annie) never disappointed me so when I purchased a Martina Liana dress at Kleinfelds in NYC, although I bit nervous about not going to a bridal store, felt confident in her abilities. I'm so glad I did! After 3 dress fittings, the dress was exactly what I had envisioned. I couldn't be happier with the final result! read more

Took my kitchen cafe curtains to be shortened, and one of them is both crooked as well as shorter than the other. The only way to fix would be to take all 4 back to align them, and then we would have to move the hardware, patch holes, etc, so I tried to just deal with it. Unfortunately, staring at them every day has made it hard to ignore, so I finally decided to write a review and let others see what they may be getting into when taking things to tailor at this place. The cost was also kind of high... they charged me almost as much as I paid for the entire set brand new. read more

Bae Cleaners & Tailors - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Schaumburg, Illinois

Recently discovered this establishment on accident. At first it was a quick place I could drop my clothes off on my way out of town. Now I drive 15 minutes out of my way to ensure they get my business. Likes: - Very convenient drive thru and parking. It's covered, great for this town. It flows one direction. - Sliding doors. Carrying arms full of clothes is possible. - Very welcoming staff always a smile - Rewards program (50 pts free Laundered shirt) - Yes please! Bring more than 2 shirts get half off. - TEXT ALERTS (GTFOH Genius) Last but not least, my first interaction. I dropped off 12 shirts and 7 Slacks. I get 10 mins down the road, headed out of town, and I get a call from them letting me know there was a rip in one of my sleeves and offered to fix it at a very reasonable $5. I appreciate the service but more so the fact they continued to ask for my business. My old cleaners were less expense by a lot. But they were rude and never had my stuff done on time. These people set proper expectations and exceed them every time. Last batch was promised in 2 days I got ikt back less than 24 hrs. I will definitely return. Thank you! read more

I been going to this location since 1999. I was really really happy with the old owner, I am actually a million times Happier with the new owners. They are extremely nice and friendly. Their prices are great. They updated their equipment. I will always go to them read more

Terrible quality of care. They ruined a perfectly good shirt when I trusted them to get it properly dry cleaned. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Went in to get 3 pairs off pants altered, the lady helping me was rushing as I was trying them on so she could see how much she needed to bring them up, she couldn't wait to get me out the door. This was a Saturday, did not get them back until Thursday. Noticed that the zipper on one pair of pants was busted, was probably broken from before. Took them in on Friday, told they would be ready following Saturday, 8 days later. Show up to pick them up today, at 3:30 (was told to show up after 3, they close at 4). They were not ready, I'm told to leave and come back in half an hour, as I am trying to ask the lady questions she walks away from me telling me good bye. I decide to sit and wait, she comes back not 2 minutes later and tells me they are ready. I look at them they seem fine, go home as I am looking at the zipper closer, I realize that it's the same zipper as before, they did not replace it, they managed to fix it, which is great, but not for the $18.00 they charged me for it. Customer service is terrible, but what really aggravated me is the dishonesty in the way they handled that zipper repair. I would have gladly paid for what they did, but the fact they did not say anything about fixing it vs. repairing it, and kept the $18.00, that is not good business. I am not going to ask for my money back, but I will never go back there again, will not recommend them, and will leave bad reviews anywhere where their name comes up read more
