I was referred to this body shop by USAA, and this turned into one of the worst service experiences I've had. They had me sign a stack of paperwork full of fine print without clearly explaining key policies. Only after the repairs were done -- when I came to pick up my car -- did they tell me they do NOT accept credit cards. They demanded payment by cash, money order, or check only. That is completely unacceptable. Who expects customers to carry or produce a large amount of cash without any clear warning? There was no proper verbal explanation, no visible signage, and nothing highlighted before I signed. This feels intentionally misleading. When I asked to pay by credit card, they refused and hid behind the paperwork. Even worse, their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful -- at one point it felt like they were laughing at us instead of helping resolve the issue. I also question why a business in 2026 would refuse all credit card payments and only accept cash, money orders, or checks. It raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. Because of this, I was forced to withdraw a large amount of cash, which is unsafe and unreasonable. This place has terrible communication, questionable business practices, and zero respect for customers. I will never return. I will also be reporting this to USAA for referring customers to a shop that operates like this. They should seriously reconsider who they partner with. read more

I came in after my car was hit. First off, I want to appreciate the top tier service. Everyone who I talked with was very friendly and informative. My car was finished EARLY, and was delivered sparking clean. In addition to fixing the damage from the accident, I also wanted to change my tires. They were extremely patient with me, explaining all my options (and even suggesting tires that weren't the most expensive option which I appreciated). Just got my car back after a minor accident and wow! Not only were they very friendly, but my car was done so fast. Only two weeks. I've been to another shop years ago with less damage and it easily took that shop double the time. They even fixed paint chips I had from rocks on the road and completely washed and detailed it. I brought my Nissan Murano here after a woman collided with my car, and I was overall very impressed with the professionalism and service. My estimate was serviced very quickly and the employee giving me the estimate was honest and very friendly, they even at one point said that I was "welcome like family" which was a nice touch. My car was here for exactly 9 days, which is the timeframe given to me initially, so they stayed true to what they estimated--a plus, as I've had plenty of work done and not all body shops stick to their estimated timeline. The work itself and service were top notch, the car looks great and like new. One weird thing, though, my car upon receipt had the radio tuned to a Spanish station and there was a kid's ball in the cup holders? LOL. Not sure if during the process one of the tech's had to pick up their kid or something, but overall it didn't really matter to me, as the work they provided was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. One sidenote: I didn't pay for the work as I was the victim in the collision, so their price was definitely not an issue, but wasn't cheap either. read more

Because of their solid reviews, clean shop, professional business approach and attention to detail, I decided to go with Prestige Coach Craft over two other body repair shops suggested by my insurance. Then get told that they do not take credit cards or debit cards - personal checks or money orders only. This was never mentioned when I dropped it off. "It's in the form you signed". Shame on me for not reading the fine print, sure. But shame on you for not pointing out a huge abberance from industry standard. It's 2023, guys. No one uses checks and the last time I got a money order was... no idea. Everyone else has tap to pay and you're still taking paper? Disappointed at lack of transparency on payment collection. This is the second time I have had to take my vehicle in for body work (different cars). It seems like I have pretty bad luck when it comes to vehicles, but luckily I know Prestige Coach Craft will take care of me. The staff is all super friendly and dealt with all of my annoying calls with grace. They even allowed me to come and check on the car and the progress of the vehicle. I picked up my car and was happy to see that they fixed a paint chip (of my own fault, nothing to do with the body work they were completing). That was really nice. Usually body shops will return your vehicle with a quick exterior wash, but my car was literally fully detailed, inside and out. They even added a scent! Very happy with the service and just the overall friendliness of the guys. They even will assist and call a local car rental to pick you up if needed. No wonder they are AAA approved. Prestige Coach Craft did a fantastic job repairing my 2002 Highlander right-side damage. They exceeded my expectations with their commitment to quality work. I am so impressed. You would never know a collision had ever occurred. They kept me well informed via email as the repair process went on. As part of the bodywork for the damaged right front area, Tony said they would be replacing the Right Front Headlight assembly. I knew the new asm would be crisp clear plastic so I asked them if I could pay to have them also replace the Left Front headlight asm at my expense so they would both look the same. They did and they even gave me a price break on that. After all the repairs, the front and right side of the car looks like new. (see attached photo) Also, I appreciated AAA approving me to fix the car even though it just turned 20 years old and I am grateful that Prestige was my advocate in helping them reach that decision. I was very impressed by the craftsmanship and work when I picked my car after 3 days. I was sent to Prestige Coach Craft by my insurance company to get repairs on my Honda CRV after I was sideswiped by a bus. My sister had warned me about them after she'd also had repairs there and they'd left a tool inside her engine after returning the car to her. The staff was friendly enough, but would only accept cash or a cashier's check as payment for my deductible. No credit cards. Is this normal? The amount was $500, and it just felt sketchy. They later called to give me a date when my car would be ready, and I told them I would be out of state that day getting married, and would it be acceptable to hold the car for a few days and I would pick it up when I got back. They assured me it was no problem. And yet, Prestige left me several voicemail messages on my wedding day to tell me I needed to pick up my car. Thanks. I called the office (on my wedding day) and told them I'd received prior approval before I'd left town that a later pickup would be fine. On a day when I'd actually be in town, not getting married. All these things were fairly minor inconveniences, until I finally got my car back and realized that they'd cut a sizeable hole into the side interior of my trunk, apparently to access the wheel hub or some such thing without having to remove the entire panel. They then returned the car to me, with the big hole, I guess hoping I wouldn't notice. Needless to say, this really pissed me off. They were nice enough about it, but never apologized. Pretty hackish and lazy, I'd say. BEWARE PRESTIGE COACH CRAFT. If your insurance company gives you the option of choosing your own repair shop, go somewhere else. read more

Back in 2004, I had my car repaired by Prestige, which is why I felt confident going back to them recently to repair my car after an accident 2 months ago. It was a $3000 estimate and I was forced to go with the other driver's insurance company body shop. The other driver hit me, so they would be paying for repairs. I had a much lower estimate, but less thorough look, from other body shop. The overall process was smooth, as I just dropped off my car, Enterprise picked me up, and 10 days later, I am back with my car fixed, shiny, and detailed on the inside. The carpets were shampooed and it was cleaner than it has been in a long time. The staff was very professional and friendly. After my car accident, my insurance informed me of Prestige Coach Craft to repair the damages to my Honda. The back was completely dented in with massive paint damage with an almost busted gas tank. First off, the service is friendly. The turnaround for my car was almost right on queue. The best part, the paint job was perfect! You could not tell that there was ever an accident to the back of the car. Very rarely do I ever leave an auto shop with a smile and I was thoroughly impressed with this place.
