We used BLC Custom homes for a fairly extensive and challenging remodel at our lakefront home on…read moreBass Lake. It wasn't easy with major rock outcroppings, a steep hill and limited access for equipment. We were adding about 500 square feet of new living space, a large waterproof deck above the living space and two additional lower decks. We needed a contractor who was confident and competent in tackling such a challenge. From the moment we met Bill, we had a great feeling that he and his crew were the ones we would be able to trust to get this done with the quality we expected. They did not disappoint at all. We had a tight schedule to fit this in between busy summer rental seasons and he and his crew worked around harsh winter weather conditions, the remote location and the challenging build site to pull it off.
