When I told them I understand things happen (Ie car issues), but would have appreciated a phone call so I was not waiting for 3 hours, the owner called me and was inappropriate. He was yelling, stating that they had 10 other jobs that that and are simply NOT coming to move me. Oh, not to mention they took the deposit. Extremely unprofessional, with what sounds like malfunctioning trucks. Do not waste your time.
