I had a package shipped with LaserShip and it was estimated to arrive December 3rd. It never arrived and so I checked the tracking on the 5th....nothing. Finally on the 9th it said my package was "incorrectly routed" and would be rerouted. Never heard anything more. Finally on the 14th I tried to sort this out to no avail. Luckily the company I purchased the item through actually has decent customer service and replaced it since LaserShip couldn't do their job. read more

Absolutely horrible service!! November order from Penneys took 3 + weeks. Finally delivered after a call to Penneys. Order December 1st from Penney shows the package arriving at their Flint warehouse but delayed because of weather. There has been NO bad weather and it's December 21st!! Someone needs to put these folks out of business!! read more

Customer service is horrible and it is extremely difficult to get a shipping issue resolved. I have watched my package shipped all over the state. I have given them the correct address twice, and they still cannot get it right. read more

Absolute worse delivery company! Even before covid caused slower delivery due to lack of workers, if I got an email saying my package was to be delivered by lasership.... I knew it would be late. I had amazon but on my account to not allow lasership to deliver my order. read more

To bad I cant give this company negative stars. Horrible customer service. According to their tracking it has been in Flint Mi since Dec 1st and it still has not been delivered and the only weather situation we have had in the area is a wind advisory. Absolutely the worst company on this earth. They have had the item that I ordered for the last 7 days. According to their tracker, delivery is delayed "due to weather". The facility is 45 min away from me and I get the local news channel. There has been NO storms to warrant a delay. And - it's Michigan! We are used to snow/ice/rain! If you see that the company you ordered from is using LaserShip, call and cancel your order immediately. I only posted one star because the wouldn't let me choose zero. read more

Absolutely lazy and disorganized. Driver using my package's tracking number wrongfully. Said it was in VA when it was to be delivered to flint, MI two weeks ago. We called to see if they could locate the package but no one returned our call. Went to their Clio, MI warehouse and the package was NEVER SENT OUT! Took our package home. Staff is completely unwilling to hold their drivers accountable nor put in the effort to right their company's mistakes. read more

I would not recommend this facility. I ordered something from Under Armour and I never received any tracking updates after it arrived to a LaserShip facility in MI. So I contacted UA, and it looked like my package was lost at the LaserShip facility. Very disappointed and I cannot trust this delivery service. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could: I have two orders for Christmas that have been "delayed" due to weather for weeks. Weather has been just fine here. I live 30 minutes from where my packages are supposedly sitting. I can't get a hold of anyone to ask if I can even go get them myself. voicemail box is full and can't even talk to a human. Have a package just sitting there at lasership. They are currently saying it is delayed due to weather since 12/9. Today is the 14th and there have been no more attempts to deliever as the weather is now fine. I just want my package. I, also, would not use this company. I ordered items from Ulta, who used this company. The day of the "delivery" was a typical day and I was home, until around 4:45pm. At that time I left for approximately 15-20 minutes, came home and worked out in the yard for about 1/2 an hour. Looked for package in the evening and didn't find it. Followed instructions on tracking page and still no luck. We get shipments often, with no issues. I think the driver delivered to the wrong address. read more

I ordered an item from "Fanatics", which then used this company to ship me the item. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. I received notification when the item left the Fanatics wear house and was in LaserShip custody. After a few days, and no package, I emailed the company to see why my tracking information hadn't been updated. The first response I received said to rest assured, as my package was at the LaserShip facility, and it wouldn't be just another day or two before I received my item. After yet another two days, I sent another email. This time, the reply consisted of an explanation telling me that they did not have my item, and I would be notified when it was in their care, which I knew was not the case. My third email consisted of a compilation of the last two replies they had sent me, followed by a demand for an explanation. Did they even have my package? It's been a week now, and they will not email me back. Is this company a fake? Fanatics has been wonderful to me, and very apologetic for this incident, I've received a refund. But I didn't want a refund, I wanted my package. I will never use LaserShip willingly. read more
