Delivery constantly delayed. Was supposed to be a next day delivery from Walmart. Numerous reviews online state this company has massive delays, fails to deliver, fabricates delivery pictures, etc. Why does any business, including Walmart use these bozos? read more

I live in Pittsfield Township/Ypsilanti. We have the problem of our prestige carrier directly delivering all of our packages to the office (Golfside Lake), instead of to our door. I work from home, and they have never once knocked on the door or left a tag indicating that the package was delivered and was at the office. I'm not asking for a lot, just a notification from something other than our amazon accounts! It's been quite bad, especially when someone else in my home orders a package, so they get the notification, it can take several days to even realize a package NEEDS to be picked up! And the office has limitations on when it's open! :( The complex office is frustrated because people aren't picking up their packages in a timely manner --- but this is really prestige's fault! I wish we could choose anyone but prestige to deliver our packages, but amazon doesn't allow you to pick. The moment they do, prestige will be out for us! read more

Hello, I used to work for this company around five years ago. I had around six years into working for the company. I was a driver I would pick up packages and make deliveries to and from businesses. I was a independent contractor for Prestige Delivery Systems. I received a 1099 ever year I worked. Prestige would withdraw 50.00 a week for disability insurance. I was shot 5 times at a second job I was working . When I reported this situation to Prestige Delivery Systems I was denied disability coverage. Prestige Delivery Systems told me because the incident did not happen at their job I do not qualify for disability coverage, and if I do not report back to work in one month from the time of the shooting incident happened . They will replace me. I think all independent contractors working for Prestige Delivery systems should not buy any insurance from Prestige Delivery Systems. All independent contractors should buy their disability insurance from a third party company instead. My workers compensation through the state of Michigan would not compensate my job wages I had at Prestige Delivery Systems. I was told I do not qualify to receive those wages because I was a independent contractor. I would of had to receive a W2 to qualify for workers compensation regarding the Prestige Delivery Systems job I worked. read more

Horrible customer service (if you could call it that). When they reported that they had delivered my package, 10 minutes after saying it was delayed due to bad weather, I contacted amazon. Amazon quickley refunded my money, saying my package was untraceable. I called Prestige (which says they are the #1 delivery service on a recording) they were rude and in a rush to get me off the phone. Saying they had no idea where my package was and that "the guy that coded it isnt here, so I dont know what to tell you" I can't believe a company can stay in business when it runs like this! read more

These guys are Fantastic!!!! Not only did I receive my package early, but the driver even brought my package to my office at my request, because I wasn't home.I wish amazon gave us the option of shipper, because i would choose these guys hands down! read more

These guys are the worst. They handle a lot of buisness for my deliveries from Amazon and they FAIL. Never have problems with delivery by UPS, USPS or FedEx but Prestige... Latest was a supposed 3 times 'attempted delivery' that they say failed all three times - one of the days I was at home all day. They are lying liars. The only reason that I can figure Amazon uses these fools is that they are the lowest bidder - and it shows. I am an Amazon Prime member and expect prompt delivery; I've prepaid for the service! Really, don't deal with these fools if you don't have to, and if you must, start off expecting to be disappointed. They really don't know what's going on and apparently don't really care. It is also becomming apparent that Amazon doesn't really care about making sure the packages they send out arrive in a timely fashion; I feel confident that Amazon wouldn't accept delivery to THEM in such a shoddy fashion, but evidently it's OK for what they send off to YOU. read more

Terrible. We live at 1060 W. Selfridge waiting all day for a $300 delivery from Amazon. My wife was outside doing some yard work all morning. She saw the driver arrive around 12:30 PM not realizing he had here package. The driver took our package and delivered it next door to 1066 W. Selfridge. The package was very clearly marked 1060 and there was no excuse unless he forgot his glasses that day because when we called Amazon to ask "where is our package" they did a search through Prestige and were clearly told it went to 1066. This is not the first time we have had problems with Prestige and when I called they couldn't care less. They informed me it was mearly a human error and said UPS, FEDEX, etc. all had similiar problems. Bull.....I have never had a problem with delivery from any other service......but every time Amazon sends out a package from PRESTIGE there seems to be a problem. We could have lost a $300 package had we not contacted Amazon immediately. I am disgusted read more

The worst of the worst. Avoid Prestige at all costs. The fact that Amazon uses them for shipping really pisses me off. Terrible.

Anyone, and I mean anyone who has given this Amazon delivery service a positive review obviously works for Prestige. This is hands down the worst, most dishonest company I've been unfortunate to have to deal with since Amazon chose to use them for my Prime delivery, twice! The first time they updated their tracking to "delivered" on day 2 and delivered on day 7, and might I add, the delivery guy quietly snuck it up to the porch, I watched him. The second time they did the exact same thing, updating to "delivered" on day 2. This time I contacted Amazon and they opened an investigation of this courier. First the Amazon CSR called them while I was on the Chat and of course the scummy company lied and said the package was delivered(even though I was home ALL day and my bay window is opened to the porch and I see EVERY delivery. Just scum. So, probably since I called and got Amazon involved they never delivered this package, which means they STOLE it. Seriously, join me and ask Amazon to stop using this dishonest company for their delivery! read more

My package was lost while "out for delivery" Fell off the back of the truck I guess. I'll bet the driver has a nice new set of chrome exhaust tips though. read more
