The office was very clean, they had a form ready for my situation, the person who help me was very kind and professional, and they were able to buff out most of the scratch on my vehicle. They gave me an estimate for a full repair, but I decided not to proceed with that (the remaining scratch is barely noticeable). Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... What a great surprise! All in all great service at a great price and beautifully done. I recommend Ray's without reservation.
