Once my car was looked at, they had a good idea of what was needed and ordered the parts. This was on a Friday, got a call on Monday saying they had the parts needed! Dropped in at CW for a walk-in estimate. I wish I could recall the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was the best. He looked at my very minor bumper fix and said I could easily repair it myself with JB weld. I did as he instructed and all is well for $8. If I ever need a larger fix, CW has my business. STOP SHOPPING AROUND!! This is my second experience with CW Collision and it was as rewarding as the first. Because of the incredibly outstanding service, price point and results, I didn't even bother getting estimates from anywhere else. This time I needed a decade of staining nasty tree sap removed and replaced with a new coat of paint. I had previously had my vehicle detailed several times but that process can only go so far until you risk getting into the clear coat. I could not be more satisfied with how I was treated at CW Collision. I started out at Caliber Collision and was told it would be months before they could get parts for my Ram truck, STILL siting the pandemic as the reason. LAME! Emails and phone calls to Caliber were ignored for weeks. That was it. I was done with them. I left Caliber Collision as I ran screaming from the building. I then looked for a small shop with good reviews. That is how I found Shawn and CW Collision. Initially, Shawn told me some of the parts I needed were on backorder from Ram. Then, the next day he found the parts in Salt Lake. The next day after that, the parts were delivered and after the New Years holiday, Shawn scheduled my repairs telling me that he would keep my truck for at least 2 days. 8 Hours later, I received a call from Shawn telling me my truck was done and I could pick it up any time! Crazy good service! From the first time I spoke with Shawn to my truck being repaired and done was less than 2 weeks and that time included down time for the holidays. So much for the B.S. Caliber Collision was dishing! Do yourself a favor. Stay away from the big conglomerate body shops like Caliber and go to CW Collision! read more

Had a little accident a few weeks ago, after sitting on the phone with insurance feeling frustrated and confused I decided to just visit a shop and get an idea of the cost. I drove up got my estimate and explained what happened with insurance. CW walked me through the process of how everything works and didn't make me feel small or pressured to use them, they were friendly and answered all my questions, by the end of my visit I knew this was where I wanted to take my car.
