I cannot say enough good things about this dental office, especially Sheri -- the amazing hygienist who does my cleanings every 6 months. From day one, Sheri has made me feel nothing but comfortable, respected, and cared for. She's always so gentle, patient, and kind. Not once has she ever made me feel anxious or uneasy -- and that means everything to me. Sheri is truly exceptional at what she does. She explains things clearly, gives helpful advice without pressure, and celebrates my progress every time I come in. Because of her, I've completely changed how I take care of my teeth. I feel proud of my dental hygiene -- and that's a feeling I never thought I'd have. She has helped me build confidence and feel good about my smile. She's more than just a hygienist -- she's someone who truly cares about her patients. I also want to mention how wonderful Dr. Cozzens is. He's always professional, kind, and respectful. He never rushes through appointments or makes me feel like just another patient. He takes the time to answer questions, explain treatment options, and genuinely listens. The staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable. I did not have to wait more than 15 min. to be seen and treated and when it was discovered that I needed another procedure other than what I cam In for. the scheduled me for the same day!. I have had a very bad experience with doctors in Pueblo, never going back to ABBA eye dont care ever again. but in my primary care doctor after seeing several, adult medicine of pueblo is absolutely great as is pueblo ankle and foot care, and I am very pleased to add to the list Prestige Dentistry of pueblo! thank you all so much for 1. joining a profession that you truly love and care about 2. being exceptional human beings and 3. professionals that are truly knowledgeable and and takes PRIDE in your work and the patients that you serve. I am a very anxious dental patient. At 30 years old, this is embarrassing and most dentists/hygienists don't have the patience or understanding to handle anxious adult patients. Prestige went out of their way to keep me comfortable. I barely felt the injection and the actual filling was extremely fast. They are, by FAR, the best dental center I have been to. Dr. Rasamsetty is incredibly skilled and quick. God bless the sweet hygienist (I wish I knew her name!!!!) who wheeled me in and out of the building and went the extra mile to keep me calm. My dentist, Dr. Beck, retired and sold his practice to Prestige Dental Center. Needless to say I was sad, but after my first visit with them I was pleased.
