Dr. Furman was so awesome with a needle and in pulling my tooth (they both have to be pulled). She skillfully pulled my tooth and her awesome assistant Alisha, made & applied my temporary bridge. So I knew I needed to go to a dentist but I was concerned about the sensitive spots. But my concerns were lifted. The staff took me step by step through the procedures, cost, and recommendations. Most importantly, they noted my sensitive areas and cleaned them without much pain. I didn't know the sensitive areas were cleaned until I got home and stared at the mirror for about a hour. I can't say the same for everyone. But they definitely took care of me. I recommend them to others and can't wait to go back later this month.

It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem.
