The removal and install was fast, and the gentleman was very professional. My bill was actually $20 more than the flat rate quoted. Therefore, I ended up paying $40 more than I would have paid had I gone to a local shop, 1hour 45 mins driving, and a 1/4 tank of gas. Pricey lesson learned. However, I'm grateful that my windshield is fixed before winter. I recommend this location for folks who live in the area. It's clean with a comfortable waiting room. Also, if you're low in cash, make sure you know that "flat rate" doesn't mean the same to everyone. However, I could use it if I didn't have a ride home for the 2 hour job. I chose to wait. The place is unclean and as pictured not as if I would drink from it, but the water fountain was gross. Next, there was NO air in this place! So, I had nowhere to sit, was drenched in sweat and it was just gross. PROS: My car looks GREAT, and it was about two hours as quoted. The guys definitely go GREAT WORK, but I suggest getting dropped off, and not waiting on the premises especially if it's scorching out as it was today.
