My 2nd instructor was Melanie, she was very nice and we connected really well. She reminded me of my aunt! She did yell at me at all, even when I made a major mistake. Lastly is Rachel. Rachel is kindest soul ever and I was glad to have her for my last in-car. She really helped me with maneuverability and we connected really well! Based on the reviews, we went into the experience with very low expectations and were very pleasantly surprised to find it to be good experience from start to finish. When I called to schedule my son's in-car lessons, I called on a Friday and had to leave a voicemail. Based on the other reviews, I anticipated it would be awhile before I heard back. Again, to my delight, my call was returned promptly. The office person was very friendly. She couldn't schedule my son because she was waiting on the instructor's schedule to post. She assured me she'd call me back on Monday, and she did. She scheduled my son for lessons a couple of weeks out - so not a very long wait to get those done. His instructor was Danielle. She was very competent and courteous. My son said good things about his experience with her. So all in all, our experience was nothing like those that posted poor reviews. Kudos to Schwartz for getting their act together.
