I had the idea I wanted to get them to make me an original ring for my wife similar to the style of one of their pieces. I commissioned them to make a zodiac ring for my wife. She is a cancer, the crab. I described what I was thinking, got a reasonable price and put 1/2 down. About a month later I got a call and the silver ring was ready. When we got there they wrapped it up in a pretty ring box and a cute little gift bag. It was a nice touch. It is hard to make a crab cute, but I think they did a good job of it. I talked to their cad designer and she told me my idea helped inspire her to make a whole line of zodiac jewelry. Which made me feel happy to help. I've been a customer here for many years even after I relocated to another area of Cobb County that's 45 minutes driving distance away. They tend to replace all of my watch batteries and with Oliver, the owner, I would never have a problem. Lately, when I come in, his son has been there and he unfortunately is not as personable. He told me today he "didn't have time" to replace just one watch battery that typically takes them 5 minutes to do. I have warranties on several watch batteries with them. I drove 45 minutes to continue to patronize this small business and arrived 30 minutes before they close only to be turned around. I don't need to spend my money any more at a place that operates as such and their customer service has severely deteriorated. I'd recommend the owner consider being more involved with how his long-term customers are regarded and treated when he is not around. As for now, they have unfortunately lost my business and any referrals from me because it appears they no longer need them. read more

Took my pinky signet ring in to get a letter engraved on it. Oliver handled it all and was very nice! He called a few days later and apologized and said it may take another day or two because he got behind, no big deal. Then on the day I was to pick up my ring, he called and told me he accidentally gave it to another customer. He apologized repeatedly and told me he would contact the customer and get it back ASAP. I was frustrated but then he called me later that same day and said he had it and it was ready to go. When I picked it up he apologized again for the inconvenience and didn't charge me for the engraving which was going to be around $25. I told him it was fine and I would be happy to pay at least half but he refused and apologized again for all the trouble. So, give Oliver your business because this type of mix up is not the norm for him or his business. He's a nice guy who does incredible work!
