I booked Prestige kids spa for my daughter's 6th birthday party. Since I chose them based on Yelp reviews, I feel I should leave an honest review of our experience. The booking process was smooth and easy. Anh is very responsive. She reached out the week of to finalize everything. The hostesses were on time and prompt for set up. Set up was adorable. They completed NEARLY all of the agreed upon services as stated in the contract. One issue was my daughter was excited for the color extension that was included in the package. They forgot to bring them, so offered an additional glitter tattoo. I agreed since I didn't really feel there was another option, and I didn't want to create any conflict during the party in front of 12 girls. If they don't have them, they don't have them. However, I do know it was one of the reasons my daughter chose that hairstyle and did mention her disappointment over it to me a few times throughout the day. The hostesses offered what they could, but I don't think it was equivalent. Another issue was that the spa hostesses weren't as engaging as I hoped. They were nice and completed the tasks, but they didn't really engage much with the kids. In fact, they didn't really host. "Meh" is how my husband described it. For a company that markets themselves for kids' parties, I would hope they would be able to create a more fun and festive atmosphere. Overall, nearly all of the services were completed as agreed upon in the contract, communication before the event was fantastic, but they were just missing that something extra to bring life to the party. read more

The staff took great care of the girls giving them the ultimate self care treatment fit for little princesses! We brought in our own food and cake and utensils and the decorations they had at the spa were perfect. A very low quality service and extremely rushed. Aside from the kids' experience, birthday parties are an experience for parents too. We want to SEE our girls feeling pampered and having a great time but I swear if you blink during a "service" you'll miss it. The girls were soaking their hands and I stepped in the house to grab my camera, the moment I was back they were already pouring the bowls out!! Even the bowls that weren't used yet! I kid you not I was gone for 30-40 seconds. The girls got in the bus to start their facials, I snapped a photo of my daughter getting her paper mask on and moved aside so another mom could watch. By the time I was back all the girls were done with masks, my time stamp showed the pics were TWO minutes apart! My daughter didn't even have the cucumbers on her eyes yet in the first photo. What kind of relaxing experience can be had in 90 seconds? Whether it's simulation play or not, it should last longer than that. The "bracelet making" is just pipe cleaners and bowl of cheap basic beads.. not beads for friendship bracelets and the kids are left to their own devices with this "activity". None of the 3 "hostesses" are guiding the craft or "hosting".. they were all hidden on the bus. 2 should have stayed on the bus and 1 at the table to keep the girls engaged and in a rotation for "services". I had to keep checking everyone's nails & hair to make sure no one missed out. There was a karaoke machine on the bus but it was never used. 3 to 7 year olds aren't going to facilitate the party themselves.. 3 "hostesses" were part of our package so what gives?? On top of that, the bus was so HOT inside! On a 75° day it was hotter in the bus than outside. The engine was running.. why wasn't the AC on? The decor is very cheap & tacky, and there's hardly any light in there. Parties need to be somewhat photogenic right? About an hour in, all the girls were done and all was left was the "fashion show" - which is just the girls stepping off the bus with a boa on their shoulders (the girls were very cute about it though!). This was supposed to be a 2 hour experience and we started 15 minutes late to allow for more guests to come first so really this was about 45 minutes. We cut and served the cake on their table and they were so antsy to start getting everything packed up because their services were done after the fashion show... we had to move everything to one of our personal tables even though we were still within our 2 hour booking. They began rolling up the table runner and things while the cake and kids were still there. Lastly, communication was extremely unprofessional. The first time I tried to inquire no one answered the phone and the website was down. I only knew it existed because I pass by the physical location daily. I DMed on Instagram to inquire and eventually got a reply and was able to connect via text. When I asked about themes she said they have different colored table covers (btw it was disposable lol). I clarified that I'm asking about the entire theme like bowls, robes, carpet runner, velvet rope, table runner, etc... she tells me to send her screenshots of what I like lmao. I'm sorry do you not know your own inventory and offerings???? And at the end of the party they wanted to text a photo of my husband's credit card to someone to process payment. What? All in all, I could have created a better experience myself for 1/10th the price and if the girls were even 2 years older they would have found the entire thing embarrassing. read more

I used Prestige Kids Spa for my daughter's birthday. It was a very cute idea. All the girls (I think we had about 12) had a great time. They started with a non-alcoholic toast and sang karaoke while they waited for their service (cucumber eye mask and make up application) in the cutest pink and zebra robes. At some point, my son snuck on the bus and they didn't kick him off, they let him stay. The only part that I did not agree with was when they party hosts painted his nails (without my consent). They painted his nails clear but they should have consulted me first. As the day went on, they said they had to leave (when they arrived late). I would have thought they would have stayed to makeup the missed time. All in all the kids had fun and that's all I can ask for. read more

I rarely write reviews but I felt this place deserved one. I can't begin to tell you the wonderful time my 9 year old daughter had with her friends here. The place is a little girls dream of a pink Barbie salon with karaoke, bracelet making and dance parties. The rooms are perfectly set up to allow for food, dancing and pampering. We were celebrating her birthday and they made her feel like a total princess and all of the other girls as well. The girls that helped with our party were just amazing they really try very hard to make sure each girl has a great experience. The concept is great but the place looks run down. It definitely needs a make over. Also they dont have great customer service. Two reasons one is that some if the hostesses had attitude. Also the owner or manager charged me for 13 girls even though i only had 12 because one girl didn't show. She would not refund me. So if your not sure how many girls say less because they are willing to add another girl but not refund you for one not showing. Another thing is to ask for more set up time because the 20 min they give you is not enough. Overall its a nice idea for a party but the place really needs a make over. read more

i took my daughter and a friend to prestige kids spa for her birthday last weekend and honestly i left feeling like i'd been ripped off. I spent $50 on a package which included a facial, hairstyling, makeup, manicure and pedicure... I'd been told it would take an hour (which was short enough as it is) but we were in and out in 40 minutes... and that's because we lingered around for an extra 5-10 minutes so the girls could take some photos. The "facial" was literally an old dry piece of white cloth with the eyes/nose/mouth cut out and two cucumbers placed over the eyes for a few minutes. No lotions, no massage, nothing! the manicure/pedicure was just a nail polish job - they didn't do any lotions, hand/foot massage, cuticles or nail cutting. Makeup consisted of blush, eyeshadow and lip gloss. I'd been telling her she was going to get real grown up makeup, i thought they'd do her up right, but it was so basic. And then for the hairstyling, i asked if they could curl her hair (she'd been asking and i told her it should be no problem) but they said they don't do that... only braids and stuff like that. The only reason i didn't give this one star is that my daughter had fun. but she's five years old, and doesn't know that $50 + tip is a lot of money... and for that amount, we should have received a much more thorough service. it was disappointing. read more

Every child's dream at seven to get hair / makeup / nails done and all her friends as well were pampered , spoiled and had a blast . My daughter (age 14) went with a birthday party group and this was her experience. The young lady who was working on her nails received a text message and stopped to read and respond to the message. The nail polish that was used on my daughter's nails chipped and peeled off the next day. I don't think they used base or top coat.
