After realizing my error in not asking the right questions, my wife found Angel Limousines. 4 days before my daughters bday party, they were able to get us booked with an amazing, clean, safe party experience for my daughter and her friends. They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival. We exchanged numbers (my wife went with the girls, I did NOT!). Got 4hrs of premium service from Darryl who was professional, timely, and made sure the girls had a fantastic time around town. We drove all the way to their offices to be told the limo was not available. What? We should have walked away at that point but went ahead and booked the black limo, paid the $500 fee, and signed the contract. Bad decision!! On the day of the event, which was to drive us to Dodger Stadium for the Paul McCartney concert, which was also part of my birthday celebration. The driver (Chris) called to get the address of our pick up location, which was already on the contract. We could barely understand what he was saying because of his very strong accent. The driver arrived at the pick up location and we got into the limo. The limo was old, nothing worked, and it had no ice or drinks as previously requested and promised. I had to get ice from my house to fill the car's ice buckets. The sound system was cheap (definitely not Upperclass)and I asked the driver to help me sync my IPhone but he didn't know how to work the system. I spent half the drive to the stadium trying to pair my IPhone but it never connected. This was time I should have spent enjoying myself. I finally gave up and put on the radio. Upperclass? I think not!! It doesn't end here!! I specifically told Chris that I would call him 1 hour prior to the end of the concert so he could make his way back to the limo pick up location and did with a follow up text. After the concert was over, we proceeded to walk to the pick up location where all the other limos and drivers were waiting for their clients! Not ours!! This dude was still on Sunset Blvd making his way back to the stadium. Upperclass Service!! Definitely not!! Me and my friends had to walk all the way down Vin Scully Ave to Sunset Blvd where we finally met up with him. Listen to me very carefully Mr Upperclass!! There's nothing UPPERCLASS about your limos, service, or drivers!! Your company is a SCAM!! Be warned people, go with another limo service!! This one will fail you and spoil your special day!! Upper Class Limousines was the company that The Price is Right had arranged for us to travel with. The driver, Dilip, was awesome! He picked us up at 10am in a beautiful stretch black Limo, complete with light show and bottle of Champagne (which I enjoyed...the whole bottle on the road). He took us on a lovely scenic drive up the Malibu coast and then, pulled over so we could take photos at the beach. Then, continued on to have us at the Polo Club in Beverly Hills at 1pm. When we were done with our meal and shopping, Dilip was prompt in picking us up. We arrived home at 4pm, where he allowed us to take even more photos. We had a wonderful time!

Working with Liza to coordinate and book everything was smooth. They communicated very often and clearly. We chose the infinity stretch for 14 The day of, I received updates when the limo was on the way - our driver unfortunately had a flat tire but still managed to get to us with only a slight delay. Our driver (Fernando) was in for a treat with 7 rambunctious kids but he was so patient and fun. He also took amazing group photos for us. Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out.
