Our church was also in search of rebranding and getting some new gear. Bethany was so incredibly helpful. She not only met up with me in person (no additional charge) to show me all the different materials they had for hats and lanyards. I told her initially that photos were fine but she was adamant that I see the products in person and know exactly what I was ordering. She didn't mention anything about payment until after we received the finished product and made sure we were satisfied. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and helping others.
