Their website has a phone number for this place that doesn't go to anyone who works at this hotel location, and the man managing the other location wasn't helpful at all when I tried to call and ask whether or not my room was ready, so I had to physically walk over to check. The young man at this hotel kindly checked me in even though the room wasn't ready yet, so I didn't have to find him again to check in later. He was very nice, helpful, friendly, and spoke English well. He informed me that the drinks/snacks found in the room are included with the stay. The WiFi password is clearly posted in the lobby as well as within the room. There is unlimited access to potable water in the lobby.
My husband was REALLY unhappy that you have to insert the room key into a slot to power the room; this meant that the AC has to be off when you leave the room, so instead of coming back to a cool room, you come back to a stuffy hot room and have to wait 15 minutes for it to cool off.
The room is very modern looking, was clean, and had the basic necessities.
I did not see someone available at reception or in the lobby/common area during my stay (besides the young man in the morning), but I also didn't need any help, so it was fine.
The WiFi is pretty weak in Room 4. read more
