A year later and my tile still sparkles ! Really great overall experience with Prestige, high quality workmanship at a good price! Prestige (Bylinda) was fabulous to work with. Always showed up on time, always helped us through the decisions on the project without being too pushy, and is a rare breed with his focus on quality and service. He even made special arrangements to come finish up the project on a weekend day so that other parts of the project could be finished up over the week prior to a party we were having the following weekend. Prestige goes above and beyond! They always showed up on time and left our home clean daily. We choose tumbled travertine for our project, which, if you don't know tile, is a stone and probably one of the most difficult types of tile to install. The installer was very detailed during the installation process. I could tell when he got to the diagonal 4X4 inch tile that this guy is legit! He set the diagonal pattern in the corners of the wall so that the lines of the diagonals flowed straight from one wall to the other in the corners. I too have had a bad experience with this company they have done the same to me.. they do bad work and dont stand behind it. they have filed a lean on me as well we did not pay the final payment cause the work was awful and they would not fix.. we met them at the Home and garden show they were new then they have many different name they work under cause they have had many problems. the owner Da.... was very rude and had a attitude most all the time, he will act like he is your best friend when he meets you but once they have got there money they don't care anymore. I over heard him tell his flunky workers to just get it done, this was after e employee said that it was the wring way to do it and the owner just said get it done I don't care.... I over heard this and when i confronted him he acted like it was something simple and told me what i wanted to hear. well today we are having many problems with the work he did. Never one not to complain, I think it is also important to praise when necessary. My rental property is an older model and the last tenants were less than clean. It appeared that the tile floor had not been cleaned in the year they rented from me. Since I don't reside there, I asked around and was directed to Prestige Tile. Co owner Bylinda helped me select a quality tile that was easy on up keep and my wallet. I made the decision to do both bathrooms with the same tile. I selected a mid grade grout and made an appointment for installation the next week. Meet the delivery truck on time, and the installers. Very easy to tear it up, and installation was completed on time. I was surprised to find that even the details were clean and straight. Excellent service, Excellent work! And, an all around great guy! Matt took our 1925 Craftsman Bungalow and helped us make our dream come true of removing the ugly 1950ish era pink and brown plastic tile, put up subway tile, and a new hexagon tile floor, fantastic! The plaster walls were not square, Matts prep work straightened them all and his tile work is flawless, attention to details and perfection. Needed to finish remodeling my bathroom. This was a pretty small job but surprisingly costly. I choose Prestige because of the professionalism that was displayed when I called, not the rates which were comparable. I chose the Ivory Antiqued Versailles with darker grout. Bylinda was so helpful with the design. It was all done in one day. I have a critical eye, but all of the little details that a homeowner is concerned with, were attended too. I hired Matt to remove some old carpet and flooring to change to tile. My Mom was comeing home to live with us after having a stroke. She needed tile to be able to get her walker around the house. They were very sypathetic to out situation and got the Job done and ready befor she came home from the hospital. They were clean, worked fast and answered all my questions.
