Dishonest! Do NOT hire him for anything unless you get him to provide you a thorough contract that states EXACTLY what he will do and what materials he will use and when he will finish. He will try to start the project and push back the contract. Although some of the things he does looks good, it won't be what you detailed to him in the beginning. I initially had a good experience with Arturo because he responded quickly and did a good job with my front yard, but I'm taking my review back and giving him one star because he's shady and will take your money and run. I let a lot of things slide because I felt bad for his workers and didn't want them to redo certain things, but he will try to pull things like using off white rocks, when you ask for purely white. Or tell you certain materials cost more after he lays down the cheaper stuff. I was fine with it because it was still aesthetically pleasing, dispute not being exactly what I requested. The thing that pisses me off the most is that when he finally finished my front yard, he still had to dig up the back and make an area where we can plant. I discussed this part of the project from the very beginning and stressed the importance of it so many times. This part of the project was for my grandmother. He gave me an estimate for the entire project and told me the back would be saved for the end, that he would turn over the soil and prepare it for planting. By the end of the project, he told me he would come back in a month or so when the weather cools down to do the back, since the peak of summer would make the project very difficult to complete. At this point in time, I believed him and waited. He never came back. When I called him, he would come out and try to give me an estimate for the entire backyard. I told him I didn't want to do the entire backyard yet, as I have a baby on the way and just want to complete the designated area we talked about for my grandma. I told him I would call him again when I am ready to do the entire back yard, but i would like to finish what we started with. He then told me that he needed to pay his men to come back, and that I needed to give him more money. I told him I had already paid him for the entirety of the project and would like him to finish. He never came back after that! I have no official contract with him that was provided by his company because he would always push it back! What I did do is write up a contract on my end just to have something to show that money was being paid for work. It states it was for the front and the backyard with preparation of the soil in the back for planting, and the amount paid each time. Do NOT hire him unless you get an estimate detailing exactly what materials will be used, how long it would take, and what the project includes. He will try to get more money from you and use cheaper materials! Not only did he not finish, he will occasionally call me to see if I want to do a complete landscaping of the back. When I tell him I just want to do the area we discussed, he ghosts me again! On top of it all, grass and wheats are growing over the rocks that he laid down. This was supposed to be no maintenance. Rocks and fake grass. Now we have to go around and pull the grass and wheats growing between the rocks! Sucks for him because I would've hired him to do the entire backyard! I just wanted the initial section done before I gave birth, and continue more work once my baby gets a few months old since I didn't want any projects going on during our bonding time. Wow!!! Such amazing service! We were extremely impressed with the quality of work from Arturo and his team. We hired them to remove two large 60ft trees on our backyard that were pushing on my block wall, as well as remove some stumps that the previous owner had left. They were able to start work very quickly after giving us our quote (which was VERY fairly priced - I got quotes from 8 other companies and this by far was the best price). His crew arrived early even! They moved all my furniture to protect it and they contacted my neighbors to let them know that the project was happening and that they would come and clean up their area if their backyard got messy (which they honored and both my neighbors were super happy). They did everything pretty quickly and efficiently and didn't leave a spec of dirt behind. They hauled away all the green waste and put all our furniture back in place. My project was pretty straightforward. Just trim the Queen palm. The last time it was done, the tree trimmers didn't really clean it up so the seeds and dead fronds came back quickly. This time, it was cleaned up throughly and should last close to a year. We also added in our "banana grove" which continues to propagate (close to 50 trees!). He removed some of the trees and kept the dirty sap off the driveway as requested. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away and price was more than fair. I would hire Prestige again. read more

We agreed on a price and we paid for more than half of the Neighbor's tree service as a favor , I gave him a check, my neighbor then proceeded to give him cash. He took both and was paid WAY MORE THAN HE QUOTED. I have contacted him on multiple occasions to return my money, he will not answer , not respond to any messages.
