Prestige did a great job with my large project. They took down 28 trees from the front & sides of my house; which was well overgrown, leaving very little lawn. Joshua and his crew brought down these trees with precise measurements; having two trees laying on my roof and 6 trees (over 40 foot tall) down by my power lines and in-between my neighbors yard. I also had several trees leaning toward power lines, and/or leaning toward my neighbors. There was absolutely no damage to my house, nor my neighbors property. They cut these trees down, removed all logs & limbs, grounded stumps, and cleaned up all within two days; and at a very reasonable price. Joshua was very respectful and on time both days. I contacted Joshua at Prestige on a Monday around 9:15am for a quote to remove three Bradford Pear trees from a fenced in obstructed area in the back of my property. He provided a free quote by 10:30. The quote was reasonable in comparison to the other quotes received. On Tuesday around 1pm the trees were removed: no debris was left on my property, no damage to any structure or driveway and they also repaired the fence that was damaged during the storm. We had numerous trees taken down at our new house, and Prestige did an excellent job! Booking and communicating was a breeze, as they responded very timely to all of our messages. They removed the trees while we were out of town, and they made sure to communicate with us throughout the process. They removed all of the debris for us except for the mulch from the stump grinding, which was very helpful. The team left the place very clean, not leaving behind any trash, and they were careful not to damage anything around the house. I was very impressed with the owner and his crew. The owner showed up when promised to provide a quote and then followed up with me two days later to see if I was ready to move forward. His price was very fair and the crew arrived on time once I gave him the go ahead. They worked their tails off and got a lot done on the first day then came back the following day to wrap up with the last two trees. All members of the four man crew were very courteous and hard workers. It was nice that they cleaned up before they left both days so I was never left with any mess I had to contend with. Josh and his crew rate a 10 star. I called him last Thurs for an estimate and he was out the same day and gave a great quote. Came out the next day and cut down 2 Bradford pear trees that were about 80 feet tall. Cleaned up after including the street. Came several days later and ground the stumps. I called him back saying they missed a few roots that were protruding out of the ground. Came back without complaining and spent about an hour doing both tree roots. Just amazing work. Company arrived promptly as they indicated. Got right to work and finished cutting down and cleaning up 3 trees in an hour and a half. Crew was careful to not mess up yard any more than necessary and in using their tractor intentionally did not turn on the yard to avoid damage. Trees were near the house and they did not cause any damage to the structure. Clean up was very good with only a few small pieces of limbs here and there. Remaining stumps (we did not ask for stump grinding) were cut nearly level with the surrounding ground so that they could easily be covered with mulch. Job took place 03.20.19. read more

Joshua came out promptly, gave a very reasonable price to raise the canopy and remove a Leland Cypress that was leaning over my neighbor's fence and threatening his beautiful fire-pit. Joshua and his team did an excellent job! They removed the Cypress without causing any damage, they removed and chipped up all the branches and wood they cut, and they blew the small trash off the property when they finished. Joshua and his team went above and beyond! Had two oaks dying and leaning and a dying bradford that needed to be removed before the spring storms caused issues. Scheduling was easy and the team showed up the same week. Within a few hours the two quite large oaks were down and the bradford was down. Joshua Fairchild provided tree service in cutting down 12 large trees - in the rain no less. I was very concerned about the fence around the dog yard. All other companies had said the fence had to be removed to accomplish the job. Not Joshua. He climbed very large trees that were right up to the fence, cut them in segments and dropped them beside the fence each time. One branch hit the fence with no damage and that's all. He then swings tree to tree using ropes - very efficient. Joshua is also a knowledgable arborist. We will use him again. read more
