Once I got there I popped the hood and immediately seen the MAF sensor was unplugged so I said something and he proceeded to pull the connector from behind the motor and plug it in which once he did it immediately died. So I immediately decided to scan it and found 6 different trouble codes which Travieso said "has check engine light but doesn't effect the way it drives" was misinformation. After I confronted him with the codes he was willing to negotiate and eventually we agreed from 3000-2000. Once I got it home I found that it was leaking oil majorly and burning it. But remember it "doesn't effect the way it drives" thankfully I'm knowledgeable when it comes to these systems and found the source of the issues pretty quickly and repaired it for around 200 so still a win. But overall I would not recommend this place because I felt he was trying to be very deceiving and seemed upset when I tried negotiating for the issues. If you go here please request to scan the car with either his scan tool or better yet take it to Napa or O'Reillys, please be careful when buying here! Anyways I fixed it cheap and now it works well.

After two weeks with no reply I messaged again I'll let it be sent the same link. When I responded back saying that it didn't answer any of the questions either of us had asked their sales manager sent back in all capital letters that it was a different link. So I decided to call in. After explaining the situation to the person on the phone and hearing the supposed "sales manager" in the background, the person on the phone says alright, let's put that aside, you want to buy the car or not? Are you kidding me? I wouldn't treat an animal with such disrespect let alone another human. Don't waste your time with this backwoods dealership.

The way he conducts his business is dishonest and sleazy. We bought a car a little over a month ago here. The owner promises to you that most of whatever could be wrong with your car after you have it inspected he will take care of within 30 days. At my inspection the inspector told me that he noticed a clicking noise that he suggested I go to get checked out again by the dealership since I was under warranty. I took it back and the owner said unless he could personally hear the noise he wasn't going to look at it. When we went for a test drive he even accused me of making up the noise! It was all written up with the inspection. It honestly was like going back to a whole different place the way his demeanor changed. Obviously then showing his true colors. He "extended" that particular noise problem to a 60 day warranty but I had quickly figured out he never actually intended to fix anything. All talk- no real help. Then today- found out my transmission will need replaced. This place obviously sells lemons. Luckily, I am fortunate enough to be able to fix the problem in my vehicle- but for those who are looking for a reliable car that you're not gonna have to dump more money into do not shop at this place. I wish I would've read some of the reviews beforehand. I would never recommend this place to anyone in Martinsburg or in all of West Virginia. Find yourself a more honest dealership. This ain't it- don't waste your time! If I could go back and pick a different place I would in a heartbeat.

buyer beware!!!! purchased a pre owned vehicle on january 31, 2017 from this dealership. found out…read morethere were several re-calls that were never done on this vehicle, the paint on the roof over top of the vehicle windshield started peeling after the first 3 months, it was obviousley touched up incorrectly and not clear coated to prevent this from happening, it developed an oil leak and upon further inspection of the oil pan, it had rusted in several spots and been painted over to conceal this issue. when i went to this business to complain i was told that they do the minimum state required inspection and nothing else. not to mention the men, not gentlemen, that i spoke with were very rude and not even willing to discuss helping me with these expenses. their bottom line was "you purchased a pre-owen vehicle." once again buyer beware!!!! i gave this a one star rating because i had to give them something and there is nothing less than 1 star.

The person who I was in contact with said for me just to come see it, despite me telling them it was quite a drive and that we needed just a bit more info first. All i asked was for photos if the vehicle, and when the tires/brakes/oil were last changed. They were very condescending, called me "man, and I ended up telling them nevermind. I have never had such an unprofessional encounter with a dealership.
