When the softener regenerated in the middle of the night and woke us up (our bedroom is right over the part of the basement the system is located in), Ardi was responsive to our texts and assured us that the noise was normal. He came within a few days and helped us reset the time of regeneration to a better time. He even came back a second time to secure a pipe so the sound wouldn't travel as much. They also matched a competitor's offer and warranty. Overall very happy with the system so far!

The guy who installed RO at my house was not a licensed plumber. He connected the waste water drain after the P-Trap of kitchen sink drain(pic attached), which is illegal, dangerous and against the code. It can cause sever gases to come in contact with RO filters which is very risky. Luckily I noticed and called them. They apologized, and told they will come over to fix, and they will send a licensed plumber who knows what he's doing. A guy showed up after 3 days, and this time again they sent a service guy (again, no licensed plumber) who left P-Trap under my kitchen sink leaking, and I had to call them a third time. Horrible experience end to end. But, buyers, beware, this is not a trustworthy company. Save your money, call your licensed plumber to install RO.

This year I needed a new tank and replaced it myself. After that the system makes a loud noise when it is refilling. I called them for a service call to repair the system. The guy said I needed a new tank which I questioned knowing the one was brand new. I went along with it trusting their expertise even though they charge you 3x the cost of a new tank on Amazon. They came back to install the new tank and temporarily the noise went away as he found an unrelated issue with an extra rubber washer left behind from an old filter . Less than a week later and the noise came back. I spoke with Kristen P in their account receivable when they called for payment and she said the manager would call me; but I had to pay the 298.00 first before they come out again. When they installed the system it originally cost 500 or do. The manager never called me and they keep sending emails for payment. I don't want to pay them but it is easier than dealing with arguing with a collection company. I almost forgot the first time they came this year the guy didn't even have the right tools as he said people had called out sick and I had to provide him with teflon plumbers tape. Most of my technicians have not been experts and I don't want to disparage them but at the same time I'll just say they aren't well trained. I would not recommend this company and would not use them. They aren't well trained not experts and their customer service is horrible. They do not stand behind their work and it'll be very random if you get lucky to get a good service tech.

They did not tell me area had to be fully clear for them to work - I assumed their workers could move things. But understandably, they could not. But the company invoices me for service anyway. When I called to talk and reschedule, Joanne was nasty and transferred me to Vinnie the office manager who was even nastier. He starts off with "Are you really that dumb...".
