He fixed my toilet (wouldn't flush) and at a reasonable price. Timely service with a smile.

I called Best Coast Plumbing after having no luck with trying to setup a last minute faucet repair…read morefor my washer and dryer with other local plumbers and Brendan was so nice enough to squeeze me in his packed schedule. I needed the work to be done right away since I had a new washer being delivered the following day and because my faucets were so old and corroded, both the cold and hot water faucets ended up needing replacements. Brendan gave me 2 quotes which included a worst case scenario where they would have to cut through the drywall so I appreciated him for preparing me for the two possible scenarios. As it turned out, his guys showed me the issue where they had to cut through the drywall in order to remove the old faucets since the angle of the box made it difficult to remove them with a pipe wrench. In the end, they were able to replace both faucets, install a new box and even did a good job of putting the cut drywall pieces back on to so that the pipes would not be exposed. The guys were very courteous and professional and cleaned everything up once they were done. The price was comparable to other quotes I received but I chose Best Coast Plumbing because Brendan was so personable and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing work.

Matt B Plumbing - Camera sewer line from pulled toilet looking for root problem that caused backup.

Matt did an outstanding job with the sewer scope inspection at the new house we're planning to…read morepurchase. He arrived right on time, started by scoping the sewer from an existing cleanout, and clearly explained what he was seeing and what it meant--step by step--so we felt informed the entire time. What really impressed me was how thorough and persistent he was. He continued the inspection from the front of the house where the cleanout was extremely difficult to locate. When he couldn't find it easily, he went through the toilet, pinpointed the cleanout location, found that it was buried underground, uncovered it, opened it, and ran the camera through that line to make sure there were no root issues or hidden problems. He didn't stop there. He also opened a sealed cleanout and ran the camera through that side as well, just to confirm the other portion of the house didn't have roots or any concerns. That level of detail and effort gave me a lot of confidence in the condition of the sewer lines. I was more than pleased with Matt's work--professional, knowledgeable, and truly thorough. If you're buying a home and want peace of mind, I highly recommend Matt. He does an amazing job.

After buying appliances at Home Depot, I was asked if I had water issues (which I do), and they offered to send someone to test my water for free and recommend solutions. Simple enough -- or so I thought. Instead, I got a series of texts from someone telling me that every adult in my home needed to be present during the appointment. They kept pushing about who would be there and even asked if my husband would be home. As a woman handling this appointment on my own, that immediately raised red flags. It honestly felt like I was being second-guessed because I'm a woman -- like my input wasn't valid without a male present. If I had been a man, I doubt my account notes would have been described as "very vague" just because I booked a free water test. The entire situation felt more like a high-pressure sales setup than a genuine consultation to help with water issues. Their reasoning? They didn't want to drive back later to explain equipment options to anyone else, due to gas costs. That's not my responsibility as a customer -- especially from a company tied to Home Depot. Overall, this felt unprofessional and honestly discriminatory. If you're considering water testing through Home Depot, be careful who they send. This didn't feel like a trustworthy or customer-focused experience. Also, this company is selling their machines for double what they're worth and it's pretty simple to hire a plumber to install them for you and buy one directly from a water softener and whole home water filtration manufacturer. Do a little research on how much these machines cost, I've found ones with excellent reviews for about $4/5k total. This company is selling theirs for $10k
