After doing some more work on my own it turned out they were correct. I got the clog out and everything is working fine. I wanted to leave a positive review for two reasons...1) they took time to talk to me and guide me through some things on the phone, and 2) because they could have easily said nothing, taken my money and just come out and cleaned out my septic, but they didn't do that. They were very honest. I'm glad I didn't have any issues with my septic, but if I do in the future, I will definitively be calling them back.
