I am so grateful that I did. When we took Molly in, we were warmly greeted by McKenzie and led to a private room where we were able to spend as much time alone with Molly as we wanted to say our goodbyes. We all wrote her messages of love and gratitude, which accompanied her through the process. We had already decided on a private cremation. McKenzie gently guided us through the arrangements. Four days later, we received a call from Rachel that everything for our sweet Molly was complete and ready to be picked up. When we went in later that day, we were greeted by Rachel. She had everything ready for us - Molly's beautifully engraved cedar urn, the mold of her paw, paw prints, and some of her fur (which was a touching and beautiful surprise). After going to our vet on Friday since our cat was having continuous seizures they said that they…read morehad never encountered it before and gave us antiseizure medicine and said that they would be closed and if seizures continued to happen to go to an emergency vet. Next morning our cat continued to have seizures every half hour we ended up arriving to Mountain View for an emergency vet visit. They took us in without an appointment and explained to us that the medicine our vet had given us takes days to build before we would even see results. They placed an iv in our sweet cat and helped put more medicine so we would see more results. We shared the blood results that we took the day before from our other vet and they noticed that our cat had higher calcium levels than normal. They informed us that it could be a sign to cancer and had us take another test to see more insight as to her calcium levels. Even with all they did the cost was less that our main vet. They really did help us and after taking her home she didn't have a seizure for 6 hours then turned to every other two hours. We issued medicine as directed to us. Though the nect morning her seizures started to increase we knew that even though the vet was able to buy us more time with our sweet girl her quality of life became into question. We had to make the hard decision of putting her down next day. We called our vet to schedule and they quoted us 500 dollars after calling Mountain View they said that it would only be 74. Goes to show that they care about you and not your money when your going through a hard time. We walked in and they brought us to a room with a comftersble couch and explained the whole process. They asked if we wanted to be in the room and gave us time to say our goodbyes. They came in with our girl we held her they began to administer the medicine putting her to peaceful sleep. After the process they gave us more time to say final goodbyes for her to take with her on the other side. The doctor was so kind and really helped us through. After deciding to taker her home they provide us with a box and packed her with so much respect. Even though it may not have turned out how we hoped this vet really helped us and gave us answers we needed. Throughout the whole process the vet team was informed, understanding and so kind throughout the entire process. They gave us and our pet respect the whole time.

The trainer who worked with my dog was helpful and professional, and I appreciated the time he spent with us working on a few commands. During the training process, the trainer also offered to do a single training session with my puppy because I was wary of using an e-collar on her. I did not want to purchase a full package for her because I suspected I might not be comfortable using that training method. A few months went by and I still had not received the new remote that was supposed to be provided or any information about the group classes that were part of the program. I tried to explain that I only wanted to discuss what I had paid for, but the responses were dismissive and rude. I was confused because the company advertises lifetime support and a no questions asked money back guarantee, so trying to reach someone should not have been so difficult and his reaction was not warranted. Since texts can easily be misunderstood, I decided to call him directly so we could have a normal conversation. Unfortunately, the conversation escalated immediately. The owner began yelling from the start of the call, accused me of stealing services because of the single session with my puppy, and would not allow me to explain the situation. He escalated the conversation to the point of threatening to call the police and pursue a restraining order. When I asked him to please calm down and listen so I could explain the situation, his response was that he would not listen and that he does not do business with people like me. He hung up on me and continued to text me insults and accusations. At that point he refused both continued service and any refund. What disappointed me most was not the issue I originally wanted to discuss, but the way it was handled. I only wanted to have a calm conversation about the services I paid for and the policies advertised on their website. Instead, the discussion became hostile and my character was attacked. The trainer I worked with seemed knowledgeable and professional, but my experience with the owner was extremely negative. Based on how this situation was handled, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company make sure they clearly understand how disputes or refund requests are treated.

I thought they were going to take Tiger into another room, off to the side, where it was a little quieter and out of the chaos. They did not. They took the carrier, placed it on a table, grabbed Tiger by the scruff, and without concern for him, or his wellbeing, forcefully held him up, leaned him back, and clipped his front nails. They didn't even fully remove him from his carrier, they just kind of left him hanging half in, half out. He looked terrified. Then, they flipped him head down in the carrier, back legs out, held him down and clipped his back nails. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! Tiger came to Utah last March via Delta Airline in his carrier, in the cabin with me. He was relaxed, quiet and comfortable throughout the flight. He trusted me. Since the disregard for his well being at the Dogroom, he now runs under the bed when I get home. If he so much as hears the closet door open where his carrier is kept, under the bed he goes. That was 2 1/2 months ago! Tiger is a 13 year old, beautiful, blue eyed, part Siamese, teddy bear of a cat, weighing in at 15.5 pounds. My heart is broken. I feel horrible I subjected him to this ABSOLUTELY UNnecessary, UNprofessional encounter. Though he is trusting me a little more, I believe it will be awhile before he fully trusts me again - if ever. There is no excuse or reason for their treatment. If they don't want, or like, to do cats nails, they should just say no when asked! They could have save Tiger and me a lot of grief.
