Guys just went to THE BEST VET! Dr Lopez at mountain view animal clinic right next to base was thorough, nice, informative. Best experience in a visit I've ever had! Office was clean and they offer full mouth dental X-rays, Which is amazing since I'm a hygienist this was a big deal. Plus they were able to get me same day for my cat's rabies shot

Darcey was patient with our skittish puppy upon meeting him, and sat with him for several minutes before doing anything he would be anxious about.

Edited again to say the vet that showed up, was meh, but not only that he put our information on…read morethe dog he put down the same day so we also got this, leading to us worrying about actually getting what we ordered for our pet, or if we would actually receive him at all. Yikes. The crematorium blamed Dr. Lane for this. What a bad mix up! They assured us we would receive what we ordered. We received stuff from them 1.5 months ago and they were beautiful, so I am hopeful. Edited to say in response, exactly, you charge a very premium price and do not deliver on that, it's not handled seamlessly as it once was and it costs much more, there's no invoice, and you have to call the crematorium separately and pay them? Just call a mobile vet. Check on Reddit for similar reviews, etc. Last time we called lap of love through a family recommendation it was perfect. This time, not so much. We called to see what their schedule was like etc. when we scheduled it was $860! Last time, for way better care, concern, and service it was $485. Okay okay, we did ask for paw prints etc. we did just let a pet go down the street, we didn't want to put the cat in the car, cats hate cars. So it was a weird surprise when we were told we had to contact the cremators for that and it was an additional $150. So over $ 1000 to put a cat to sleep. We really should have just drove him down the street. Last time everything was taken care of and it didn't cost anything close, including the ceramic paw prints. This is not a premium service and is charging very premium prices. But down the street, after hours at midnight on a Sunday, that was $730, +$80 for ER services, and ceramic paw prints, and they gave us nose and paw prints, and fur clippings. Group cremation for both and they both used the same crematory for ceramic prints, etc. I have recommended for years and I will no longer do so. So misleading. Find a mobile vet directly.

He was understanding and patient with us going through the grieving process with the end of our beloved pet's life in sight. I recommend him highly to anyone facing those difficult transitions.

They sell it in bulk, so you can get however much you want (a pound to hundreds of pounds, etc). They also offer some vitamins, hemp products, toys, and treats, but the selection is fairly small. The employees are always very friendly, and sometimes have their charming pups hanging out in the store. If you haven't tried their food they will give you a free pound of dog food, or a small bag of cat food for your pet to try. Of course my Great Dane (who is a super picky eater) loved their food more than any other food she's ever had! Their prices are quite a bit higher than any other dry pet food ($2.50-$2.95 lb for dogs and $2.25-$2.95 for cats) - I might be a little off on those prices, but it's something like that. They do offer a discount if you buy over 20 pounds of cat food or 55 lbs of dog food. My cat eats their food exclusively, but I supplement my dogs normal food with just a bit of their dog food as a treat. For me the price is just too high to feed a large dog, although I wholly believe they have a great product. They also offer free delivery to anywhere in the Salt Lake valley area (I'm not sure what the minimum purchase is).

He's patient, kind, caring, and most of all very calm - which I appreciate so much bc my son tends to be anxious over his new fur babies. One of my son's kittens has had a terrible upper respiratory infection since adoption and it's been quite a challenge to get him comfortable and on the road to recovery. So much so that I flew up from LA to help bc my son has just been beside himself with worry. Thanks to Dr Quigley's experienced and compassionate care, my sweet little grand-kitten has improved so much just in the last 24 hours and is eating and playing with his brother again! Another thing I really appreciate is that Dr Quigley is very conservative in his treatment plans and non-alarmist. He schedules follow ups just to make sure all is going well and nothing serious is developing - It's given us such peace of mind! The clinic and exam rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfy. They provide drinks for customers like water, hot tea, and cocoa. All the staff we've interacted with have been so friendly and helpful. Their prices are more than fair and they are very generous with their follow ups. They make themselves available whenever needed and have been fantastic to work with - can't thank them enough - highly recommend!

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. On multiple occasions, the wrong service was done…read moreon my dog even though I clearly communicated what I wanted. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it became frustrating that it occurred more than once. I will say that when the correct service is done, the grooming itself is usually decent, it has just been difficult getting the correct service performed. Toward the end, they did acknowledge the situation, but it felt more focused on what I could have done differently rather than fully taking responsibility. I did want the bath and nail trim, but the most important service I requested was the shave. Unfortunately, the shave was not done. At checkout, I was initially told the total would be around $100 for the bath even though the main service I requested was not completed. I ultimately paid $66 for services that were not what I had asked for. When my dog was brought back to me, I was told he had been shaved to 5/8, which he clearly was not. After reviewing the groomer's notes, I was told he had received a contour and butt trim services I had declined at the beginning when they were offered. I had specifically asked for the same shave he received during his previous visit. I do acknowledge there may have been some miscommunication at the front desk, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, when it happens more than once, it becomes difficult to overlook. I also felt uncomfortable bringing my dog back to have it corrected because I worried I might be viewed as a difficult customer, and I never want to feel concerned about how that could affect how my dog is treated. Customer service and clear communication are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet. After reading some of the owner's responses to other Google reviews, the replies came across as unprofessional and poorly written. While I understand wanting to defend your business, the tone of those responses was disappointing. After giving several chances, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable bringing my dog back. I hope the facility works on improving customer service, as it is one of the most important aspects of running a business.
