Office is old school and doesn't offer or use any newer technologies to avoid these possible complications. We were never informed of any possible complications that could occur due to nerve damage. During the consultation they put you in a tiny room and make you watch a 1990's video on the procedure. Not until after he realized he had nerve damage did he tell us this was a complication that could occur and made me sign a waiver for him to continue to treat him for post surgical infections. Do your research on newer technologies offered for this surgery before choosing this practice. Other practices in the area are more up-to-date technologies that can avoid complications of taking out wisdom teeth that are impacted. I regret ever using this practice or physician.

She was able to get an appointment with this office and they went over a number of things on the phone before we ever came in. Once we arrived we were greeted and everything was explained very thoroughly and our questions were answered. The office is very well organized and everyone was professional on our visit. Not all of the services were covered by our insurance but that was explained to us. We paid at the time of service and were given complete aftercare instructions. I see no issues with the office but everyone has their own experience and everyone is allowed their opinion.

We are extremely happy with all of the restorative dental work that was performed by Dr. Murphy. Dr. Murphy artistically crafted 5 crowns for my wife that uncannily mimic her original natural teeth. My wife didn't even think it would be possible for her smile to look natural after this major restoration - especially given the beauty of her original smile and how scrutinous she is of her teeth. Dr. Murphy was very surprisingly able to recapture the beauty of her natural teeth using prosthodontics. Dr. Murphy's care & treatment has substantially restored my wife's self-image and confidence, improved her overall outlook and her mental health, and helped her feel less traumatized in the chair of a dental office (as long as a Doctor like Dr. Murphy is treating her). From the beginning, Dr. Murphy's consistent exemplifications of competence and knowledge helped my wife and I feel more secure - and his final results sealed the deal. Everyone is professional, compassionate, and genuinely welcoming, creating an environment that immediately puts you at ease. What stands out most is Dr. Lowery's dedication to her patients. On two separate occasions when I experienced dental issues over a weekend, she responded right away--even while attending a funeral out of town and, another time, while at a graduation ceremony. She never hesitated to reach out and help me address my concerns. Her office consistently follows up promptly, and I have always been able to be seen in a timely manner. On one occasion when she was away, she was even prepared to contact a colleague to arrange an emergency visit for me. Fortunately, I didn't end up needing it, but knowing she was willing to go to those lengths meant so much. However, after stepping inside and meeting their amazing staff my nervousness went down a lot. Tanya was my hygienist and she was very nice and explained every step along the way. She took her time and was thorough and it was just a great feeling overall. Dr. Lowery had the same vibe and took her time and explained everything. She was honest and open about my teeth and really made me feel good about my home care. Since it was my first appointment it ran a little long, so I had to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. But, I am so glad that I did as I will be able to come back and see their staff again. Dr. Russo's (Russo Dentistry) office graciously accommodated me for an emergency appointment within an hour of my phone call. Dr. Russo assessed the situation and asked his colleague, Dr. Morelli (from North Carolina Implants & Periodontics) to evaluate me as well. From that moment, I knew I was in great hands. Dr. Morelli carefully assessed the tooth and explained what needed to be done. Although Dr. Morelli was already scheduled for four other surgeries that day, he literally squeezed me into his schedule and asked me to return that afternoon so he could take care of the issue. When I returned, Dr. Morelli discovered that the problem was actually with the crown--not the implant--and he corrected it beautifully. I am especially grateful for his honesty, expertise, and the exceptional work he did. The best part Dr Martin's dog is always in the hall way to greet you rather coming or going!! They always treat me with delicate care by asking how is this or are you okay, while doing the procedure.
