I came into the shop today for a return from another Nutrishop in Norco. I knew it was possible that I wouldn't receive an exchange because I did not have the receipt, but I did have a copy of my body scan from the day I did make the purchases, which allowed me to give some credibility to my claim. The girl at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. After explaining my situation to her, she was able to resolve my problem. She allowed me to do the exchange because the products were not open and unused. Since they were of equal value, it wasn't an issue. I am super appreciative of her helpfulness.
