From the moment you walk in to the space it is fresh, clean and inviting. Receptionist Monica is very helpful and friendly made both my visits quick and easy. I was given forms to fill and different face maps to check off areas that I'd like to work on which found very helpful. I came in for Botox on my first appointment two weeks later today and I love it. Angie the nurse practitioner is a doll. She helped me find the perfect match and map for my forehead and have me great advice on my lips. For this second procedure I did my lips half a syringe I love them she works magic. Coming back in two weeks for touch ups. If you love beauty and want a good place to come and get pampered this is the place. read more

I walked in on a whim, just curious to see if they might have any facial appointments available. I honestly didn't expect them to take walk-ins, but to my surprise and delight, they had an opening! It felt like a little blessing, especially since it was my day off and I really needed some self care. Itzel was incredible from start to finish. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. She explained every step of the process . The results were amazing! my skin felt fresh, hydrated, and glowing immediately after the treatment. I even got three compliments on my skin that same day! I left feeling so pampered and confident. I highly recommend seeing Itzel for a facial. She's sharp, knows her products inside and out, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Unfortunately this place was a no-go for me. With all the great reviews I decided to give this place a try especially since it was my very first time getting tox. I used to work at a med-spa and I remember the PA whom I worked with told me if Botox doesn't last 5to6 months then it's being diluted way too much and that's also how places can charge a lot less per unit. Well my results were good for 1.5 months. I understand everyone's body is different and I can potentially metabolize quickly but knowing what I know, plus I paid $480 to only last me 1.5 months didn't leave a good impression. Since then, I've gone to a different place in Downey and paid substantially less (because they said I needed less units) and have had my results last the full 5to6 months therefore confirming my thoughts on this place diluting their Botox too much. read more

I love Angie! I was referred by a class colleague a few years ago when she was at her old location. This is the one place in LA I refer everybody to, and you're included yelp family! You will not believe the immaculate perfection and training Angie has gone through. I love her aftercare, and thoughtfulness throughout the procederes. They always check how you're doing, and don't rush progress, or processes to results. Angie Is very honest- a true rare gem with a good heart who's in it for helping others feel good about the skin they're in! Even though prices have gone up since the move, her technique is the same- gentle, her approach is warm, and kind. (She resonates loving mama vibes!) This facility location is larger and there are now an array of staff as this place has grown! Love to see hard working wonderful ladies- they set the bars height! The receptionist Victoria is so sweet, and personable I can't wait for her to be a nurse, she is going to be as wonderful as Angie! I also really love that they post reels on Instagram, have specials, or seasonals. That they stand by their words, and have honest integrity. They make everybody feel beautiful and welcomed. Even me on my messy days lol! What I appreciate about any procedure in question is that Angie keeps it real, and in looking natural and balanced to an individuals facial structure. Meet the Business Owner: Angie V.

MSN, RN, FNP - C Angie is a Family Nurse Practitioner and an expert in medical aesthetics. She first became an RN in 2009, and Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. She's worked in the ER, Labor and Delivery, as we as a High-Risk Maternal Fetal Medicine Department, monitoring high-risk pregnancies and providing diabetes education and management, as well as performing ultrasound exams. All of this while also working as an aesthetic nurse and pursuing her Masters of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on Family Practice (FNP). As an FNP, she worked in a very busy, medically underserved Pediatric clinic for four years. Her true passion is in Medical Aesthetics, where she can combine art and science and express her creative side, and enhance the natural beauty and confidence of others. Her aesthetics career began in 2012, working the majority of her aesthetics career in two well-known medical spas, where she was trained by multiple world-renowned expert injectors.

My grandmother was referred for wound care, and although they came for two consecutive days, they have not returned since going into on two weeks, due to scheduling. When contacting them, the scheduler claims that no one answers the phone or that appointments were missed, but that is simply not true. My family and I are extremely diligent about my grandmother's care and answer every call, including spam, just to ensure nothing is overlooked. They may want to reconsider their role, as customer service does not appear to be her strength. If you are seeking reliable wound care, I would not recommend this company. Inconsistent scheduling can lead to delayed healing or even further complications, and no family should have to deal with that on top of an already stressful situation.
