She explained everything so well and made sure I understood exactly what she was doing. She doesn't just thread but she maps your eyebrow shape and makes sure they are perfectly symmetrical. LISTEN! When I say book with no hesitation, Book With NO Hesitation! I came looking for the name of the last place I went to get my brows threaded and Pretty Aura was at the top of the page. I typically scroll down to the top 10 listed businesses but the 5 stars caught my eye. I read most of the reviews and was surprised at so many positive experiences. The wait time for a response says 10 minutes so I messaged her asking for a same day appointment. She responded in about 2 minutes. We went back and forth a couple times and BAM, appointment made and she accommodated my ask to be out by a certain time. Airee was so gentle with her process and explained everything she was doing. She didn't leave me feeling like all the skin had been removed from everywhere around my brows, lol. I even got compliments later that day from several people. Amazing first time experience! I called the day of, and got a same day appointment (lucky me)! Ari was able to get me in within an hour of calling. It was my first time going to a more private salon for threading and I loved the experience. She has her own private room and makes sure you are comfortable upon arrival. She is very outgoing and easy to talk to. I came in for just threading but during my time there I asked her about other services she offered and she explained the process thoroughly and even recommended services that may suit my eyebrows! The service I received was great and the brows were to my liking! She takes her time and has a gentle hand.
