In fact, they had every color under the rainbow with matching supplies. Prices were great so I bought four. Unfortunately, the table clothes had some flaws (tears) and were pretty low quality, but I was able to make them work. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked where the table coverings were, the clerk took me back and showed me options. They had some incredible graduation party supplies with all the different school colors. Their parking lot is a bit of a mess but there is plenty of parking.

I waited in line and asked about filling my own balloons, and the staff kept reminding me that there was a fee for helium--something I was already aware of and had no issue paying. I clarified this multiple times, but it still felt tense and uncomfortable. At one point, I looked for a different balloon number, but they didn't have it, so I stuck with what I had. In the end, I paid $40 to fill six balloons. To avoid more hassle, I ended up blowing up the rest of my balloons at home and used double-sided tape to get the look I wanted. Overall, I won't be coming back here. I stayed polite and composed, but I wanted to share this experience for others considering a visit.

I have been in the warehouse where the equipment is stored. It has rats, mice, and no running war, with the toilet overflowing with feces. I have a friend that also only worked one week, and Jeff, the owner is now holding his tools hostage. During my time I witnessed Jeff, the owner sell drugs, and give drugs to people. He also put my friend out because he had medical appointments, and Jeff told him work or be displaced. My friend, having had cancer, chose displacement, as the appointments are crucial to his health. Jeff is often so high on pills that he cannot function. By this I mean he cannot speak clearly or even walk. Take the advice of someone who has seen firsthand. Go with another company. You might pay more, but you will not get ripped off.

I found a large painting that had two separate price tags for $4. Every other painting in that same rack was also marked $4. When I got to the register, I was told it was a mistake and the price was actually $14. When I spoke with the manager to ask if they would honor the price, given that it was marked twice and the entire rack was consistent, and she refused. Instead of taking responsibility for a clear clerical error, she told me that "customers switch tags" and insisted on full price. It is one thing to have a pricing mistake, but it is another to imply that the customer is being dishonest. To be accused of switching tags when the evidence of a store-wide marking error was right in front of them was insulting. I've always enjoyed shopping here for my home projects, but I won't be back after being treated like a scammer over a $10 difference.

And they are really nice quality cards. She also likes that you can get 50 heavy plastic spoons, forks and knives in lots of colors. Great place to get all your party supplies. They have helium balloons for all occasions and they are much less expensive than at a grocery store or a florist. If you are just setting up your home, you can get all the basic items to get you started. Utensils, plates, glasses, coffee mugs etc. They even offer pet supplies so in a pinch you can get food, litter, treats, even flea and tick collars. The kids can always find something and at dollar tree prices their money goes a long way. We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Perhaps it's due to what I was having framed, (Military and police memorabilia, badges, awards etc.) I was very polite on each visit and went out of my way to engage meaningful conversation, but was met with rude responses, scowl face and a clear unwillingness to do business with me. Because I made a true effort to be polite every time, I can only assume this young lady was not the right fit for the position. On one visit, she scolded me for not responding to their pick-up-order call. No message was left and my phone thought it was spam. Explaining this met with further rudeness. The second encounter she refused to work with my item to redo it, until I broke it out of the existing frame myself. Glass shattered everywhere and she offered nothing to assist in clean up. My third time I called ahead to see if this project was completed early and if I missed a call like before. Again, very rudely I was told it wouldn't be ready until the due date. I arrived to pick up the item on the due date only to learn she was just starting to work on the item. Now past due I still have not received a response referring to its completion. This young lady has no customer service skills and has stopped me from submitting my next project. I will not shop Michaels again as long as she is employed in their framing shop. From there you can shop for the items online and have them delivered by Walmart Spark Good Registry to a local Salvation Army. Keep in mind not all Walmarts have actual Angel Trees inside. Walmart continues to hold back decent pay to its staff, add to the insane food waste generated by ignoring proper expiring food discounts and discolored fruits and veg, until that changes I got to tell everyone avoid and shop anywhere else where there's some access like at Kroger to help reduce waste and make good use of good farmer products.
