If i could give this company zero Stars I would I will actually give it a negative five. I ordered a waist trainer from them and I picked the waist trainer based on the size on their company's chart. But when I received it it was totally different sizing chart on the package which had me believe that I was gas-lit it by them to make me feel like I needed a different size. I reached out to the company asking for an exchange they were in communication and then all of a sudden they stop communicating with me. I even reached out to the BBB and they were no help at all. please don't order from this website you're better off finding a business that has Colombian waist trainer and fajas so you can actually be fitted correctly. I only order from their company after seeing their great reviews but I feel like they were misleading or made up by a fake person now. And ey make it seem like they're very helpful and I help you with a exchange. But in reality they will gaslight you and then cut off all Communications. They make it seem like their website was so accurate and when it wasn't. It's a simple correction of the size they could have helped me with I reached out to them I have screenshots of the communicating with them. I was okay with sending a back and exchanging it and once. I asked how can I send it back all communication stopped. They need to work on their business ethics. I have ordered many fajas from here before, not sure why this last order has been such a bad experience. I ordered a faja with ample time before my surgery and the faja is yet to ship out. They sent me an email with a tracking number, however never actually sent out the item. I have emailed, called the customer support number and the stores: however no one gets back to me via email or call back. Calling the stores is also pointless cause they don't have access to anything, can't see anything and cant even bridge the gap with someone who does and is able to provide any type of clarity. After my BBL surgery I was in desperate need of compression garments and I had no idea how on earth I was ever going to squeeze myself into them. I was in very rough shape when I arrived at the store, but Ashley (an absolute ANGEL) was so gracious and helpful! She immediately measured me, showed me exactly what I needed and best of all, helped me to get into them! They have different types of fajas depending on what your body requires -- such as ones that don't compress your hips. The woman assisting me was kind and helpful. She measured me and assisted in getting me into my new faja. They offer alterations for next day pick up as well. I also purchased some Arnica Tea which was difficult for me to find in other stores. I paid $159 for a faja and in less than 24 hours the faja tears in the armpit area. I go back to the store and they exchange it for the same one. As I get home the second faja tears again!!! Keep in mind I live an 1 hour 1/2 away from the store, that is a total of 3 hours round trip. When I call today to speak with the manager Jassy, she stated "mama there is nothing I can do" something about the manufacture having an issue with the type of faja I bought. If the issue is known to the store/manager then why have it out for purchase?!?!?! WHERE DO I BEGIN. When you first arrive you wait in a line outside because they only allow three customers in. IF YOU HAD SURGERY YOU WILL FEEL VERY TIRED AND HOTT AND START TO GET PAIN FROM STANDING. I was outside in line and was the third person. Then four ladies came to the store front and waited there without getting in line. They tried to skip of course, so you have to fend for yourself and speak up, if not they wanted to in ahead of me. When I finally was allowed to go in, they didn't make it clear to "their rules". They also do not say hello, or smile. I'm not sure where the customer service went in Westchester, Miami. There are two ladies there and make you stand on a circle to wait your turn. I was the third person so I had to wait until the other two people in front of me Discussed their surgery options for compression garments. As I wait on my circle, I wanted to take a look at the garments they had so I was walking around, quietly with my mask on. I touched a faja with my hand and she said "Ma'am please do not touch". I asked her why ? I don't have COVID. Her response "due to Covid ". I apologize I didn't know that by touching the material of a faja, I am contaminating it with Covid" I left. To the OWNER OF THIS STORE, learn HOW PEOPLE GET INFECTED WITH COVID! Also, teach the two ladies with black long hair to be kind , because we are all primarily women and have recently had surgery. The whole process was so rude, and degrading. I don't understand how you hire these ladies knowing they treat customers like a number. Ladies who had surgery, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My sister and were so happy to find this place before we left Miami. We needed to get some fajas to help with our recovery because since these are hard to find back home in CA. This is a small shop tucked away in a fairly busy strip mall, so parking can be a challenge. Due to Covid they only allow a very limited amount of people at one time. I thought this was great as it allows for a more personable experience. All the ladies that work here were super friendly and helpful. Gema was one of the sales associates that helped me. She asked me what I needed, got my measurements, and brought over a few different fajas for me to try on. Let me tell you, this girl was on point. She knew exactly what I was looking for and I ended up getting two of the fajas she suggested. I thought I was going to be there all day trying to find the perfect faja. But I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I also want to mention the other ladies were super helpful as well. Ashley and Natalie were super sweet and attentive. All three of them helped my sister and I get the items we needed and were also very informative. Too bad I live in CA, otherwise I would have made a few more trips throughout my recovery. Ok, I'm not sure why this place has a low rating but I throughly enjoyed my time here. There is usually a long line to get in due to Covid restrictions, but I went at a good time and only had to wait about 15 mins to get in. The process was really straightforward. I spoke to a girl at the front counter and told her what I needed, she took a look at me and made a suggestion on what I needed. I had to wait maybe another five minutes to get into a changing room. I tried on one garment and it fit me like a glove! This is literally the most comfortable compression garment that I own at the moment. They also offer same-day alterations. I first called this place and asked a few questions before placing the order. I was told that I should get it tailored due to the measurements I gave. I did just that. Got my faja about a week and half ago. I ordered the Curves Smart Fit Extra hip and Butt Stretch Knee Length Post Op Faja #0208. When it arrived, it fit my hips amazingly which is so hard to find with how big my curves are. The waist however was a different story. It was not fitting at all. I contacted them with pictures showing them it was not fitting. They responded but stopped after my last email. Mind you as apart of my measurements I included in there that I was short, 4"11. This will affect the torso size as well as how the butt area fits. This wasn't included in the alteration. I had to stretch out the waist using my table for 5 days. After that I was able to fit into it, however because my height wasn't included in the alterations, I can't clip all of the buttons or else it would squeeze my boobs. So long story short, I wish the customer service was better because I was being nice about it, and wish my height was taken into consideration. I have been recommended by many surgery groups and even my own personal friend who had her BBL surgery 2 months before mine. I went by to check out Pretty Girl Curves 2 days before my surgery and there were 3 girls who worked there all sitting chairs as I walked in with my bf and my older sister. One of them asked what I needed. I mentioned I was in search for a faja for my bbl surgery and she said that they only had 2 different fajas for a bbl. She pointed and didn't even bother to get up after I asked which ones. She said those beige ones there when the whole wall had beige fajas. It appeared as though she was not interested in caring to show me any fajas or nothing. So I simply said thank u and I told my sister let's go they don't have much to choose from. I found this place on ig... I've been to the store twice . The first time I came here the 2 girls were not welcoming and barley spoke. I told them I'm having surgery the next day. They informed me I shouldn't buy anything until after surgery. Not even arm compressions. By the way I went to a place up the street and she told me I for sure needed to make sure I had arm garments before surgery. (From her personal experience) the next time I went into pretty gurl curves the same unfriendly girls were working. They convinced me to purchase this faja . I noticed the faja smooshed my butt in at the top . The shorter girl lied and said it was inflammation when clearly it was my whole entire butt. I trusted these girls. I was in Miami to get a BBL on September 18th, 2020. I was in need of some BBL items, so I had my husband to drive me to Pretty Girl Curves. I walked in still very drowsy and in pain on September 21st and the lady that was at the front register took me in the back and told me it was ok for me to kneel on the little couch while she picked out the items I wanted. I told her I needed a BBL pillow, a back board, and a foam wrap. She took me back to the front with the items and proceeded to ring up the items without showing me a price list and for those 3 items she charged me $272. I paid it because I was very drowsy and sick and didn't really have my right mind. I just wanted to get back to the car. The next day when the meds wore off I realized I had been taken advantage of because I was drowsy and not in my right state of mind. By the time I realized it I was already gone from Miami. I looked on their website and saw that those 3 items were overcharged by $100. I emailed the company immediately and still have not heard back from them. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME AND STEALING MY MONEY. Please have a clear mind when shopping with this place. read more
