From our first conversation to the appointment setting to Trophy helping me pick out my hair color and extensions, the entire process was smooth. I met Trophy and she was great. Sweet young lady with great personality and talked me through the whole process from beginning to end. She new I was new with all of this and was afraid of it damaging my own hair. She kept me calm. I had heard that getting extensions was expensive but she by far had the best fees. She does a great job and doesn't break the bank! Long story short, the girl who put in my…read morehair extensions was not available to retab them for a long, long time (due to the holiday rush and my work schedule). My hair was getting out of control, so I searched high and low for someone who had good reviews that had done tape-ins before. That's where Jennifer came in. I emailed her in desperation telling her my situation and she got me in THE SAME WEEK, and she works late hours so you can actually schedule with her after work which I feel like never happens. So, scheduling with her was an enormous win - but the experience was even better. I left work and got there a little early, she got me right in and offered me champagne - which I guess I shouldn't have been surprised by given the name, but OH MY GOSH was it a nice surprise after a horrendously long day at work. Yes, please! She then worked on my hair and we chatted, she gave me some pointers on how to keep my hair extensions soft and healthy and she listened to exactly what I wanted. Upon completion of the redo service, I was told that I needed to buy a specific shampoo and conditioner to preserve the Keratin. Since I was told about this beforehand this time, it was a better experience than last time, when I wasn't even told about needing specific aftercare products. Update: so I go back and follow their instructions and purchase the specific products and use them as directed and my hair is still not straight. This Keratin does not work.
