DAN MORRIS IS AN EXCEPTIONAL DOG TRAINER!!…read more We have a 13 month doberman who had an obedience training at 5 months using treats but we were still not pleased with the training. So, we took him to Dan and he has been the best thing to happen to our dobbie. We absolutely love the training he has equipped us to train the dog with no treats or frills. Dan knows dog's psychology so well, he occurs to me as if he's a dog whisperer. He will give you feedback and corrections specific to your dog's behavior along with general commands and training useful to everyone and everyday. Our dog has definite set patterns and can be very stubborn. But as it goes theres no bad dog and only bad training. So, one has to be diligent enough to apply the learnings from the class everyday for the rest of the life of the dog. Been almost 4 weeks and my dogs has started responding exceptionally well. When we took our dobbie for the first time to Dan, I was in awe. It was as if magically Enzo was following everything Dan was asking him to. But here's thing, Dan makes the training look so easy but it's as much a training for you as for the dog. There's so many techniques to learn and apply. Dan has tons of wisdom to share and I absolutely adore Dan's humor. I so regret not getting him sooner to Dan. Nevertheless, it's never too late for anything, certainly not for training your dog right. Even post the classes, Dan is considerate enough to entertain any questions or concerns over the calls as we leave Michigan. Enzo with Dan Moris in the pictures here!

Fire the manager Sarah has a dozen terrible reviews calling her out as a very terrible manager…read more Fire the corporate IT team for living in the 90's you can't use a Visa card with a PO box for billing address. Why do hundreds of companies I've ordered from the last 30 years have this option? Are you aware how many million dollars this costs your company?. Now read this mind blowing experience from your Dearborn Mi store yesterday.  After trying several times to order online for the 20% off sale, I gave up and went to the store a few hours later, now it's really good. I asked a young lady working in the aisle stocking to help me. She listens and says let me talk with the manager on the radio. She tells me Sarah said easy just go to the front and purchase a gift card for the amount you want to spend. Sounds great. I picked up 2 bags of Dry Dog food, the same as in the online shopping cart. I did exactly what the manager said, purchasing the card then took a seat on a flatbed cart to order. Note this all happened just outside the manager Sarah's office in front of the store.  Now this crazy vengeful Manager Sarah sends a lady employee out to tell me and the cashier, while looking directly at that most orders take 1,2,and most likely 3 hours to be ready for pickup. Bullshit I have my cart right here and did what Sarah said, she made no mention of any time to receive. Sarah actually sent the employee out of her office to rile me up.  Well it worked totally pissed off, lied to by your store manager Sarah FIRE HER.  Gets even better after going back and forth. She said didn't you read the fine print on the order you just placed, hell no I didn't because you told me how to order. She finally said I don't like the way you are talking to me and I should just cancel your order. As a manager myself for 30 years in retail this would get me fired as Sarah definitely should be. I'm to review this on a dozen sites and send it to the board of directors and corporate offices. All this because you are 30 years behind the times to use a credit card for online orders.

Thanks Yelp for helping us find Abbie!…read more As new PAWrents, our good boi was picking up commands, potty training really well but we wanted some help with leash walking (as Benny boy loves to pull) AND we knew we were bringing home another pup so we wanted Abbie to meet Benny first to help us if there were any behavioral changes. With Abbie's help, we made small changes to have a more consistent training vocabulary between my husband and me. She also gave us great tips & tricks. I also LOVE that she has a Facebook group for all her clients - we've had a couple of puppy play dates already! Her rates are reasonable and transparently disclosed on her website! So beyond training, she also has field trips (training WITH her in environments with distractions) as well as adventures (where she takes your pup(s) out!) We had Abbie come by to take Benny on an adventure so that we could have some 1:1 training time with Jette. She took ADORABLE pictures of Benny on his adventure. I'm so grateful to have Abbie has a resource and guide through the puppy process!

Have a couple more sessions already set up with her... and am looking forward to it. Definitely suggest using Abbie as your source for all things pup-related.
