We primarily use UPS for all of our business shipping, so this experience was especially disappointing. I understand that there may be policies regarding packaging, but charging a business customer for an envelope that is provided free through our account seems unnecessary and frustrating. Regrettably, in more than one visit, in contrast to this TERRIFIC GUY, there is what appears to be the older, lady, owner-acting person? ?? On more than one visit, she could have shifted into ?? HIGH gear (instead of ?? low or parked) and gotten things MOVING by tending to LONG LINEs. Instead, she sauntered around as if ?? ...... you get the picture. Maybe her and others' inadequacy was in particular, STARK CONTRAST to this young man; HE was EAGER to get customers DONE and OUT O' THERE ASAP. So thank you to the young man. Others ? It seems like UPS delivers to…read morethem at about 1pm (?), yet delivers to my house at 4pm about a mile away, and I used to go to work at 2pm, so that gave me a way to not have my deliveries sitting in front of my door for 6-8 hours before I got home. Used them as a notary a few times - all good there. Also wanted to mail a front door mat with picture of her pooch to mom, and they made it easy with a cylinder mailing tube. I was also told I could not receive mail under my shortened name since it's not my legal name, even though I have been receiving mail from USP and UPSB all my life ‍‍. When I confronted them, their response was, basically the mail boxes are only for mail not large shipments , and they only receive shipments from certain truck companies ‍‍. They did not even have the courtesy to call us and notify us!! Now I'm needing to change my forwarding address again, paying the post office again because of their incompetence. They have caused me loss of time, money and agitation. Thank goodness our rental is up next month. We will not renew!! Bad service, poor attitude, hours suck. Oh and don't forget your key They won't give you your mail even if you have your ID. That's just pure laziness. I would never recommend this place! I give them 0 stars if I could!!
